Rewrite Her Thrilling Life (Lillian and Sebastian) novel Chapter 394

**The Billionaire’s Last Obsession series 394**

**Chapter 394: Jeremy**

As Lillian approached the classroom doorway, a familiar figure caught her eye. Eda was there, leaning casually against the wall, but the jealousy radiating from her was anything but subtle. It was as if the air crackled with tension, and Lillian could feel the weight of Eda’s gaze.

“Lillian, are you really proud of yourself?” Eda sneered, her tone dripping with disdain. “Even with a fiancé, he still can’t seem to let you go. Even though he’s with me, his thoughts are consumed by you.”

Lillian met her stare with an air of calmness, unruffled by Eda’s venomous words. “From the very beginning, I never intended to engage in a rivalry with you over anything. What you’re feeling now is merely your own jealousy gnawing at you. If you can’t find peace within yourself, there’s nothing I can do to help. I genuinely hope you take care of yourself.” With those measured words, she turned on her heel and walked away, not sparing Eda another glance.

Eda’s fists clenched tightly, her knuckles turning an alarming shade of white as she watched Lillian’s retreating form. The anger simmering within her was palpable, but she could do little but stew in it.

Exiting the building, Lillian made her way toward the dorms, her mind swirling with thoughts of the day ahead. However, as she approached the entrance, a commotion drew her attention. A throng of girls had gathered, their eyes sparkling with excitement, all focused on something—or someone—just ahead.

“He’s so incredibly handsome! I can’t believe Senior Gong is here!” one girl exclaimed, her voice laced with awe.

“I wonder who he’s come to see,” another chimed in, her tone filled with hope.

“I wish it were me,” a third girl sighed dreamily.

Lillian followed their gaze, her heart skipping a beat as she spotted Jeremy standing there, looking every bit the charming figure she remembered. “Jeremy,” she gasped, the name escaping her lips before she could stop herself.

“There you are! I’ve been waiting for what feels like an eternity. For a moment, I thought I had the wrong place,” Jeremy said, a broad grin lighting up his face as he made his way toward her.

Lillian blinked in surprise, her mind racing. “What are you doing here?”

Jeremy shot her a playful glare, his eyes sparkling with mischief. “Didn’t we agree? You were supposed to call me as soon as you got to Kingston. You’re really heartless, making me trek all the way here just to find you myself.”
