Rewrite Her Thrilling Life (Lillian and Sebastian) novel Chapter 563

**The Billionaire’s Last Obsession series 563**
**Chapter 563: The Sinclair Family Scandal**

A sardonic glimmer danced in Lillian’s eyes, a flicker of triumph that spoke volumes. “Oh, you think you can hold onto everything you schemed and clawed for? I will reduce it all to dust,” she declared, her voice dripping with disdain.

Vivian, her heart racing with desperation, stumbled to her feet, her voice trembling. “No—please, you can’t do that! You just can’t! I sacrificed everything for this! I’ll face any punishment that comes my way, but for the love of God, let my daughter go. She’s innocent in all of this. She can’t lose everything; this was the very essence of my fight for her future!”

Lillian’s fury ignited, her voice rising like a storm. “Why can’t I? When you took my mother’s life, did you ever pause to consider her innocence? Back then, because of Morgan’s so-called compassion, she was shackled into marrying Henry. If she had any other choice, she would have never walked that path. Did you ever grasp the depth of her despair? When you sold off little Lillian Sinclair, did you not see her innocence? She was merely a child, and you chose such a heartless way to handle her. Every single person you’ve harmed—were they not innocent? Do you genuinely believe that you and your daughter are the only victims in this twisted tale? Over all these years, have you ever felt even a flicker of remorse in the stillness of the night?”

Vivian, her heart breaking, grasped Lillian’s arm, shaking her head fervently, tears streaming down her face. “You can’t do this to Chloe! Please, you can’t! I will accept any punishment, whatever it takes—just let her go! I’m begging you!”

With a cold detachment, Lillian wrenched her arm away. “Did you show even a hint of compassion for that little girl back then? In this world, debts must be repaid. You will stay here and face your reckoning.” And with that, she turned her back, her silhouette fading into the falling snow.

The snowflakes cascaded down heavier now, blanketing the cemetery in a shroud of white. An eerie silence enveloped the scene, broken only by the faint glow of a solitary lamp and the soft whisper of snowflakes as they settled on the ground.

As Lillian emerged from the cemetery, her breath visible in the frigid air, she spotted a figure standing by the car at the foot of the steps. He was motionless, quietly observing her, his shoulders already dusted with a layer of snow.

“Why are you here?” Lillian inquired softly, her heart a mix of confusion and relief.

Sebastian ascended the steps, taking her hand gently and draping his coat over her shoulders, a shield against the biting cold. “I came to take you home,” he replied, his voice steady and reassuring.

Together, they walked towards the car, the weight of the moment heavy in the air. Lillian glanced back at the cemetery, a bittersweet smile tugging at her lips as she murmured, “Yes… it’s time to go home.”

Once inside the car, Unno stood outside the window, his expression serious. “Miss, what should we do with that woman?” he asked, his voice low.

Lillian’s response was quiet but resolute. “Tomorrow, send her back to the Sinclair family. Deliver Jake and the evidence to the police. It’s time for everything to come to an end.”
