The bleached-haired thug dared not utter a single word of protest. In his mind, Lilian was far from an angel—she was a relentless demon. His hands trembled as he pulled out his phone and dialed Olivia’s number. After two rings, the call connected.

A playful, teasing voice greeted him. “Is it done yet?”

He glanced sideways at Lilian, who stood with an air of detached grace, completely unruffled. Forcing his voice to remain steady, he replied, “Ma’am, it’s done. She’s still here. Want to come see for yourself?”

Olivia’s eyes sparkled with excitement at the thought of witnessing Lilian utterly broken. Without hesitation, she said, “Perfect. I’m on my way. Don’t let her slip away—keep a close watch. Let’s see how that little tramp dares to act so high and mighty after this.” She grabbed her bag and stumbled out the door, slightly unsteady from the drinks she’d had.

When Olivia arrived at the warehouse, an eerie silence hung in the air. She hesitated before pushing open the heavy door. Inside, the dim light cast long shadows, and the quiet was almost unsettling. Frowning, she called out uncertainly, “Hello? Is anyone here?”

Suddenly, a loud snap echoed through the vast space. Instantly, bright floodlights blazed down from above, illuminating the entire room.

As her eyes adjusted to the sudden brightness, Olivia froze in place. There, standing calmly in the center, was Lilian—composed and unshaken. The thugs Olivia had hired stood nearby, heads bowed low, their bodies visibly trembling.

Cradling Sunny in her arms, Lilian greeted Olivia with a lazy, almost mocking smile. “Long time no see. I hope this little reunion surprises you as much as it satisfies me.”

The realization hit Olivia hard, and fury quickly replaced her shock. “You bitch! What kind of trickery did you pull? How did you make them turn against me?”

Lilian paid no attention to her tirade. Instead, she turned to the trembling men. “Go on. Do everything Olivia told you to do to me—do it to her. Every single detail. Miss one thing, and none of you leave this place.”
