The car drove on, passing through the city center. After circling several times, it proceeded onto a winding mountain road, finally stopping in front of an abandoned building.

The entire base was divided into two levels and contained nearly every kind of high–end laboratory equipment. Various people in white coats were bustling about, busy with their tasks.

George looked at the girl’s shocked expression and smiled triumphantly. “Well? Isn’t this impressive? I told you, if you agree to work for our Mildew family, you can utilize all the resources here.” He then walked deeper into the facility.

Staff members passing by greeted George respectfully, “Mr. Mildew.”

Lilian observed every laboratory, noting the herbal cultivation areas, various medical equipment rooms, and chemical laboratories. She had to admit that the mechanical and medical equipment here was extremely advanced.
