Chapter 509 No One Touches My Girlfriend
None of the students around them realized what had happened.
Most of them hadn’t even seen Steven move.
All they saw was Tristan flying backward through the air and drops of blood scattering behind him.
He was sent flying dozens of feet away.
Everyone froze.
They stared blankly at Steven.
Steven spoke calmly. “Guess I’ve spent too much time hunting monsters outside the city. I almost for how to deal with this kind of thing.”
Bianca smiled sweetly. “I wanted you to step in. Isn’t this the moment when the boyfriend is supposed play the hero?”
Fiona blinked.
Seriously? You two are showing off your affection in public?
Steven gently flicked Bianca on the nose.
“You’re getting pretty good at this.”
Bianca stuck out her tongue playfully. “I learned from you.”
Steven laughed.
The closeness between Steven and Bianca drove the crowd crazy.
But then everyone remembered something important.
Tristan had been hit. That was the real issue. Someone actually hit Tristan.
Now things were about to get interesting.
At Orroux Academy, very few people dared lay a hand on Tristan. Yet these students from another academ had actually attacked him. Were they asking for trouble?
Tristan himself was not one of the best students. He was only a Three-Sigil level 29 Awakened. But that wasn’t what made him dangerous. He was a Gordon.
And more importantly, his older brother was Kenneth.
Just being Kenneth’s younger brother was enough to keep most people away from Tristan. Someone had crossed that line.
At that moment, Tristan, who had been sent flying nearly a hundred feet away, finally came back to his senses after coughing up blood.
Pain twisted his face as he let out a scream.
“ARGHHH! You jerk! You actually hit me! You’re dead!”
His expression instantly became vicious and hateful.
Nobody had ever treated him like this.
A wave of power exploded from his body as rage flooded through him.
He stomped on the ground and charged straight at Steven.
His twisted face was full of hatred.
He had actually been beaten in public and in his own academy.
Steven’s eyes remained calm.
“It looks like I really do have to play the hero today.”
He lightly stepped forward.
Then he vanished.
The crowd only saw a dark blur flash
past.
BOOM!
A thunderous sound echoed through the area. The charging Tristan shot backward like a meteor, flying several hundred feet before crashing into the ground in the distance.
Blood sprayed from his mouth.
Steven dusted off his hands.
“That was boring.”
Everyone froze.
