Rewriting Fate with My Apex War Goddess (by Ezekiel Valor) novel Chapter 622

Chapter 621 Hunting Thousand Shadows

Steven quickly explained the situation.

Everyone was stunned.

Shane stared at him. “You went straight into their base? And even the level 6 beasts couldn’t stop you?”

Steven gave him an annoyed look. “Were you hoping they would?”

Shane quickly waved his hands. “Of course not.”

He paused, then asked, “Was that energy blast earlier yours? What kind of origin–energy weapon was that? I’ve never seen anything like it.”

Steven shook his head. “Forget about that for now. Everyone needs to recover as much as possible.”

“We have until sunrise. Once daylight comes, we strike back.”

His expression turned serious. “We have to take these beasts down. They’re trying to wear us down little by little. We can’t give them that chance.

Tomorrow will be a hard fight. I’ll find a way to kill that old monster first.”

The Ashens looked worried.

Shane frowned. “Wait. That old bastard you’re talking about is level 6, right? Aren’t you getting a little ahead of yourself?”

Steven shook his head.

‘If I told you I can kill him, I can. The real problem is the other two level 6 beasts. Someone has to keep them busy. Everyone else will be fighting for their lives too.”

Alan fell silent.

After a moment, he asked, “Are you really sure you can kill him? That creature is definitely more dangerous than he looks.”

Steven thought for a second. “I’d say I have a 60 to 70 percent chance.”

Alan gave a small nod.

Shane, however, was completely lost.

Is this kid saying he could kill a level 6 beast?

Seriously?

How could he be that confident?

Alan asked, “What are the other two level 6 beasts?”

“Bloodmoon Demon Wolves,” Steven replied. “They’ve only recently reached level 6. They aren’t advanced level 6 beasts.”

Alan nodded. “Then I’ll take one. As for the other one…”

He turned toward Shane.

Shane’s face twitched. “Hey, don’t look at me. I’m not strong enough to hold off a level 6 beast.”

Alan kept staring at him.

Shane finally gave in.

“Fine! Just my luck. I’ll take two people with me and give it a shot. But if we can’t hold it back, don’t blame us.”

Steven nodded. “Just do your best. I’ll finish my fight as quickly as I can.”

After that, Steven said nothing more.

He focused on recovering his strength. Using the Tongue of the Beast God had drained more than half his energy. He needed to restore as much as possible before the battle.

Now there was only one thing left to do. Wait for sunrise.

Thousand Shadows wanted to use the beast army to slowly wear them down. Steven wasn’t going to give

him the chance. .

Their cries echoed across the mountains like a call to war.
