Taylor was Robert's confidant and had worked with him for decades. Now he was following Angeline and acting according to her instructions. It showed how much Robert trusted Angeline.

They also wondered if Robert had planned to let Sean and Angeline compete with each other so that he could choose a successor from the two.

Before they figured things out, the elevator door opened.

Helen, who was still holding her coffee, stood inside the elevator with Danny.

The executives and the board members' confidants immediately assumed that Helen must be very close to Danny. They felt that they would have to rely on Helen for the exclusive collaboration with Lawson Global.

When they thought of how Helen was doubtful of Angeline's identity as the founder of Vitality Biotech Group, they immediately turned to look at Angeline's expression.

Angeline pressed her lips together when she saw Helen, who was smiling as she walked out of the elevator with Danny.

Danny was quiet, and it meant that he was up to something.

Even after knowing that Helen had pulled a trick, Danny was still able to follow her upstairs peacefully. It could only mean that he had a plan to deal with her.

"Boss…" Danny walked over to Angeline, smiling. The onlookers' expressions changed when they heard the way he had addressed Angeline. Noticing their expressions, Danny looked as though he had come to a sudden realization. "Oh no, we're at Lawson Global right now. I should address you as Ms. Lawson."

Danny grinned and held out his hand. "Ms. Lawson."

Angeline was speechless.

She shook hands with him.

"That's right! She even said that she is the only one who can get us this exclusive contract!"

Helen's fists clenched by her side. She looked calm as she said to Angeline with a smile, "Mr. Reilly is helping me ask Ms. Lawson for a position! Ms. Lawson, what position do you think would be suitable for me?"

Danny hadn't expected Helen to be so quick at grabbing an opportunity. He put his hands in his pockets and raised his eyebrows as he said in a measured tone, "I'm not very interested in the internal appointment of people at Lawson Global. I never speak on others' behalf either."

"Let's go to the conference room! We shouldn't block the elevator," Angeline said, smiling.

"Alright! Whatever you say!" Danny's attitude changed completely when he spoke to Angeline. "Let's go!"

When they reached the door of the conference room, Angeline, Danny, and the executives who were in charge of the project entered first. Helen and her assistant were blocked from entering by Lenny and Jamie.

"What do you mean by this?" Helen's assistant asked Jamie.
