Chapter 337
Dominic waved a hand. “Alright, let’s be direct. I contacted Cosmos about White Cosmos No. 1. They told me that within five years, they will grant exclusive authorization only to you.”
Stephen replied, “Then let’s talk about a collaboration now. JewelMed is too small. If you plan to operate White Cosmos No. 1 on your own, your progress will be too slow.
“License it to me and let the Garcia Group handle operations. You’ll receive dividends and earn more than you would on your own. The most important point is that my company will shoulder all the risk.”
Dominic shook his head. “Mr. Garcia, the risk has already passed. It’s too late to make that argument.”
Stephen smiled. “You think that one move means there won’t be follow–up actions?”
“Then let them come,” Dominic said calmly.
Stephen’s smile faded, and a frown followed. “So you’re saying there’s nothing to discuss?”
Dominic nodded, his tone firm. “Yes. There’s nothing to discuss.”
“Alright, I understand.” Stephen was worth billions and rarely lingered on setbacks. After that, he turned and left.
Dominic did not return to his ward. He asked the doctor a few questions and then headed toward the other side of the inpatient
ward.
At a high–end private ward…
Zachary lay on the hospital bed, talking on the phone, pleasure written all over his face. “Haha, this is fucking amazing! That guy’s company burned down. What a pity. Why didn’t he burn to death with it?”
He went on, “And the idiot who did it was useless. If you’re already setting a fire, why not grab a gun and finish him off? After all
that effort, he still got away-”
Mid–sentence, the ward door swung open.
Dominic stood quietly in the doorway.
Zachary’s voice cut off. He blinked, unable to believe the figure in front of him.
After he recovered, he set the phone aside. He looked at Dominic, wrapped in bandages, and sneered, “Dominic, you’re damn
lucky.”
Dominic said nothing. He walked in and seized Zachary by the collar.
Two bodyguards were in the room. Their expressions changed at once. They had seen Dominic fight before. Neither dared to move. Panic crept into their voices.
“What are you doing!”
“Let go of Mr. Grant!”
Dominic remained silent. His gaze stayed fixed on Zachary as he studied his face.
Zachary’s expression darkened. “It was understandable when you hit me last time. If you lay a hand on me again, I guarantee I’ll send you to prison.”
Dominic spoke evenly. “You had people set my company on fire and wanted me dead. Am I not allowed to strike back?”
Zachary’s eyes flew open. He gnashed his teeth, disbelief flashing across his face. “You’re accusing me?”
“Who else would it be?”

Zachary grew agitated and ignored the grip on his collar. He shouted, “Dominic, did a donkey kick your brain loose?
“Do you have any idea how serious it is to torch a skyscraper? This case has spread nationwide and even alerted the capital. A special task force is already on it, with a hard deadline from above. It has dragged a whole group of top figures in Skyline City
into the mess.
“If I had any sense at all, I wouldn’t do something like this. Go ask the Sinclairs. See if they’d dare pull something like this in
Eastmere State,”
Dominic asked calmly, “So it really wasn’t you?”
Zachary answered coldly, “What do you think?”
“Alright. I understand.” Dominic wasted no more words. He shoved Zachary hard, slamming him back onto the hospital bed, then turned and walked out.
Zachary stared at his retreating figure. His hand clenched the bedsheet, and his eyes turned bloodshot. He picked up his phone and sent a message.
