As Dominic spoke, he stood and went over to greet her. He had assumed Isabella had arrived, but to his surprise, it was Katherine.

She smiled faintly, glanced around the room, and said, “Wow, this office of yours is pretty nice.”

“It’s alright,” Dominic replied. “What brings you here today?”

“I was bored at home, so I came by to look around.”

With that, Katherine dropped onto the sofa without the slightest restraint.

She wore a white dress cinched at the waist with a slim leather belt that highlighted her figure. When she sat, she paid no attention to posture.

From where Dominic stood, the deep line of her neckline caught his eye and made his gaze waver. After two seconds, he forced himself to look away. “There’s not much happening at the company right now. How about I take you out for a walk?”

“No need.” Katherine shook her head. She noticed him avoiding her eyes and laughed quietly to herself before adding, ” Actually, I came today because there’s something I want to talk to you about.”

“Just say it,” Dominic said lightly. “Why make it sound so formal?”

She nodded. “I don’t have anything to do at home anyway. What do you think about me coming here to work?”

“Work?” Dominic echoed, surprised.

“Yes. The livestream last time went really well. How about I become your exclusive streamer?” Katherine suggested.

“Exclusive… streamer?” Dominic repeated under his breath. The phrase sounded a little strange to his own ears.

Katherine had not meant anything by it, but hearing him say it aloud made it feel awkward. Color crept into her cheeks. She lowered her head slightly and said nothing.

Dominic considered it for a moment, then nodded. “That’s not a problem at all. We can set up a dedicated livestream room for you here. It actually makes sense.”

“Then it’s settled!” Katherine said, clearly delighted.

That way, she could talk to him every day and see him whenever she wanted.

Dominic made the decision without hesitation. He called the general affairs department and instructed them to prepare a livestream room.

Katherine added a few requests of her own, and the matter was quickly resolved.

She did not bring up compensation, and Dominic avoided contracts or benefits as well. After their previous convers stion, discussing those details now would have felt oddly distant.

“Go take care of your work,” Katherine said with a wave. “Just give me the product materials. I’ll look them over

Dominic acknowledged her and stepped out to gather the documents.

When he returned, Katherine had settled into his chair and spun around twice. “Hey, this chair is pretty comfortable.”

Dominic laughed. “Then sit in it whenever you want.”

She nodded, clearly pleased. “I will.”

As she spoke, her knee lifted as if she were about to strike.

“Hmph!” Jewel shot him a fierce glare and grinned smugly.
