Chapter 330 The Man They No Longer Recognize
From Stefan and Cynthia’s perspective, although they were disappointed in their daughter, they still hoped Evan would come back.
Before long, Evan received their call.
“What? You guys are in danger?”
Given how unstable Silverton had been lately, he decided to go over and check. But just as he was about to leave, a figure suddenly ran up to him.
“Evan, where are you going? Didn’t you say you’d protect me?” Sylvie looked up at him, her bright eyes blinking.
Evan’s expression shifted instantly as he wondered, ‘I almost forgot about her… I can’t just leave her alone in the villa.’
“I’m heading to the Solberg Residence. Come with me.”
“The Solberg Residence? Okay!” Sylvie’s eyes lit up immediately.
Truthfully, she wanted to follow him no matter where he went, let alone to the Solberg Residence. To show just how seriously she took it, she even dressed up elaborately.
“Evan, let’s go!” Sylvie lifted her chin proudly, like a peacock showing off its feathers.
To guard against any possible move from the Black Sun, even their car had been changed. Instead of the Rolls- Royce, they now used a top-tier Maybach that had been fully bulletproof.
It was said the car could even withstand missile attacks, something money alone couldn’t buy.
With that, the two of them headed toward the Solberg Residence.
By the time they arrived, Hazel, Roxanne, and Anya were already there. But they hadn’t gone inside. They wanted to walk in together with Evan, and there were things they needed to say to him face to face.
Anya’s heart pounded rapidly. “Why am I so nervous? It feels like… a first date or something…”
“Of course,” Roxanne said, her expression complicated. “We’re about to apologize. Honestly, I never thought this day would come.”
Hazel said nothing. There was simply too much they wanted to say to Evan.
The three of them instinctively stepped to

The car… was a top-of-the-line Maybach. A vehicle reserved for only the most powerful figures. And this one had clearly been specially modified:
There was nothing like it in Silverton. Nothing like it in all of Silverton State. Perhaps in all of Draganland… there was only one.
The three of them instinctively held their breath.
“Who…”

For a moment, none of them could even guess which major figure would be arriving at the Solberg Residence.
Then the car door opened, and a tall figure stepped out.
The instant they saw that familiar face, it felt as if thunder had exploded over their heads.
‘E-Evan? That car… belongs to him?!’
That was the first shock.
What stunned them even more was what he was wearing. Gone were his usual casual clothes. Instead, he wore limited-edition Hermes suit. The kind that cost as much as a top-tier supercar.
They had seen it before… at fashion week.
It was the second shock.

Hazel, Roxanne, and Anya couldn’t believe that one day, Evan would be driving a one-of-a-kind Maybach and wearing a Hermes limited-edition suit.
They were completely stunned.
At that moment, Evan looked every bit like a true nobleman, his entire presence transformed beyond anything they recognized.
They had no idea what kind of life Evan had lived after leaving them, and seeing him like this left them utterly stunned.
“Stay in the car. I’ll be right back,” Evan said.
That line shocked them even more than anything else. He was speaking to someone inside the car.
