After Voidwave looked at Kyle's Formation Arrays, they declared that he wasn't a member of Inner World.
However, there was a different problem.
His Formation Arrays were surprisingly solid for a Crusher. They were not unprecedented or really outstanding, but they were as good as a Crusher who actually focused on the path of Formation Arrays.
And exactly that was the problem. Someone who focused on the path of Formation Arrays didn't have time to work on their own strength. Usually, when a Formation Array Master became a Crusher, they only learned as much as necessary to become a Sage.
Most Formation Array Master Crushers didn't learn Level Four Laws in the Compression Realm. They just advanced until they were Advanced Crushers and then spent their time studying Formation Arrays. Naturally, there were also some who comprehended a Level Four Law to become a Fulfilled Crusher, but they were a minority.
Yet, Kyle's Formation Arrays included parts of a Level Four Complex Law. Formation Array Masters rarely created powerful Complex Laws since they didn't need them. Sure, one needed to go through True Battles to become stronger because of their Momentum, but one also had to remember that great Battle-Strength wasn't necessary to enter a True Battle.
An Advanced Crusher who didn't know any Complex Laws could enter a True Battle with a Minor or Medium Crusher. If they won, they would still get a lot of Momentum.
Meanwhile, Azure Comet was a Fulfilled Crusher who knew a powerful Complex Law while also knowing a lot about Formation Arrays. Even more surprising was that he knew so much about the Laws of Space. According to the investigation, it was very clear that he didn't have a Space Affinity since his Complex Law already included three different Level Three Elemental Laws.
Something didn't add up.
Azure Comet must have spent at least one or two thousand years comprehending Space Fragments. Then, he must have spent at least one or two thousand years creating his Complex Law. Lastly, he must have spent at least one or two thousand years attaining all of his Formation Array knowledge.
It would be difficult to attain all of this within a Crusher's longevity.
Either Azure Comet was some kind of Array Formation genius from one of the Peak Organizations, or…
He was not a Crusher.
If he were an unaffiliated Sage, it would make sense.
Yet, that would make his involvement in the Secondary Sector very problematic. The Organizations were not allowed to receive direct help from more powerful people. Some access to Law Wells or resources was fine, but Formation Arrays were a no-go.
This put some of Kyle's other clients in a bind. If they used Kyle's Formation Arrays, they might break the rules of the Secondary Sector, which would come at a hefty price.
However, there were also some clients who just smirked secretly.
This bit of news was actually very helpful to them.
Not all of Kyle's clients had unveiled their powerful Formation Arrays yet. The surprise factor was still there. And the most important part…
They had asked Azure Comet to swear an oath that he had never been in the Wisdom Fire Realm or in any higher Realm.
They knew for certain that he was a Crusher, which meant that they could use his Formation Arrays.
Yet, the public didn't know that. This meant that other Organizations would become more aggressive again, believing that these Formation Arrays couldn't be used, and they would walk right into them.
Of course, the part of Kyle's clients who knew this kept everything secret, which was why everyone thought that he was a Sage.
After some years, the drama around Azure Comet's identity died down again, and everything returned to normal…
Until one of the clients used his Formation Arrays to defeat another Organization.
Everything blew up again, and a huge investigation was conducted. People from the Contrast Empire arrived to investigate the offending Organization.
Yet, when the Organization was declared innocent without a reasonable doubt, the entire Secondary Sector became lively.
People were desperately searching for Azure Comet to ask for his services, but nobody could find him.
Kyle's clients kept growing under the protection of his Formation Arrays, while other Organizations became more careful.
Kyle's clients received far fewer declarations of battle, but the clients also didn't send any. After all, their neighbors were still stronger, and they could only make use of their Formation Arrays when the enemy came to them.
