"Greetings, Azure Comet," the Head said respectfully.

Kyle nodded before looking at the headquarters. He could sense that some Formation Arrays were moving Energy through the headquarters, but he couldn't perceive their actual location.

'Whoever they hired is better than most Formation Array Masters in the Secondary Sector,' Kyle thought.

"I'm here to offer my services," Kyle said.

The Head smiled politely, while the Formation Elder looked with interest at Kyle.

"We are more than willing to accept your services," the Head said before a bitter smile appeared on his face. "It's just that we can't offer a lot right now."

'Thought so,' Kyle thought. 'That one guy said that they have already hired one. Most likely, they're still recovering from such a big purchase. Honestly, I might have just left since I need money desperately, but the Four Tigers Sect just had to be an ass.'

"There are ways to pay for services that don't include Energy Stones," Kyle said. "I'm willing to accept other things as well. As long as we can reach an agreement, we will both profit."

The Head smiled. "Thank you, Azure Comet. I hope that you won't mind if we make sure that you are truly who you claim to be. This involves the lives of my comrades, and I have to be certain that you are who you claim to be."

Kyle nodded. "I understand."

"Of course," the Head said before ordering the Formation Elder to activate them.

This meant that two of their neighbors would become unassailable.

"We agree," the Head said. "We have more than six neighbors. If we want to expand, we can simply go in another direction."

Kyle nodded. "Second, I have been in seclusion for a while, and the Secondary Sector has changed. I would like a map and list of all territories, the Organizations that own them, and the power of these Organizations."

"We can do that," the Head said.

"Third, I want you to promise to be honest if anyone asks you about the origins of your Formation Arrays."

The Head wasn't the biggest fan of that requirement. The Formation Arrays would be most effective when they were still unknown. Sure, they could still keep them secret, but they would have to pay in Karmic Luck.

Sadly, beggars couldn't be choosers.

"We agree," the Head said.

"Finally," Kyle said, "I want access to a private area near a Law Well for Gravity Fire or Gravity Wind for a thousand years. Your members can still go there to comprehend the Laws, but I don't want to be disturbed. I do not want anyone to spy on me, and I don't want any visitors. I also want you to keep my location secret."

The Head furrowed his brows as he contacted his Head Elder. He wanted to know if that would be possible.

After some talking, the Head turned back to Kyle. "We have a Law Well for Gravity Fire, and we're willing to give you access to it, but we can't promise that you won't be disturbed. However, you are allowed to create your own defenses and Formation Arrays near the Law Well to keep your privacy. We would just ask you to leave enough space for our members."

Kyle nodded. "That's acceptable. These are all of my conditions."

The Head sighed in relief. He had expected to pay more.

"Then, we have come to an agreement," the Head said.
