As Kyle focused on comprehending the Law of Gravity Wind, things in the Secondary Sector calmed down.
Azure Comet hadn't made any big moves, which was good.
Thanks to their new Planets, the Organizations could finally focus on comprehending Laws. Many of the Fulfilled Crushers in the different Organizations hadn't had access to a fitting Law Well for a Level Four Law before the auction.
Now they finally had access to one and wanted to work on becoming Unique Crushers.
After a couple of years, some of the Organizations also traded Planets among themselves using Azure Comet's Planet-Moving Formation Arrays.
In the end, almost every Organization had all the Law Wells they needed.
This meant they didn't need to expand their territories any further. They already had everything they wanted.
By now, there were only around 20 Organizations left. Starsign, Goldfire, Voidwave, the Four Dragons, and Azure Comet were the Big Five. The other Organizations all had at least ten Fulfilled Crushers, and these Organizations all wanted to have a Unique Crusher of their own.
To become a Unique Crusher, one needed to learn a bunch of Laws, and since everyone had access to good Law Wells, the Organizations didn't send any declarations of battle.
Once more, Azure Comet's actions led to a period of peace in the Secondary Sector.
However, this peaceful period was different from the last one.
The last one had been a frustrating period of peace. The Organizations still wanted to fight, but they hadn't been able to because of the powerful Formation Arrays.
This time, they simply didn't want to fight.
The Fulfilled Crushers and the Advanced Crushers didn't want to fight since they only wanted to focus on their Laws.
The only ones who wanted to fight were Major Crushers, but their opinions didn't matter.
The Secondary Sector was currently in the late stages of the Elite Period. Major Crushers weren't even powerful enough to be eligible to join a battle or war between Organizations. So what if they wanted to fight? Even if there were fights, they wouldn't be included.
As time passed, most Major Crushers left the Secondary Sector, but that was a normal occurrence during the Elite Period.
One could say that all of the powerful people in the Secondary Sector were happy with how things were going.
Naturally, this gave Kyle quite a lot of Karmic Luck, but that wasn't enough to get rid of his Sin Flames.
Some centuries of peace passed, and slowly, things changed.
The normal Organizations were still happy with how things went, but Starsign and Goldfire were not happy.
They still needed to grow, but all the other Organizations refused their declarations of battle. Even friendly requests were refused.
Sure, they had enough Karmic Luck to simply attack any other Organization, but all of the other Organizations had amassed so much Karmic Luck that this would cost them dearly. Even more, they might lose more people than they gained.
The Elite Period was not about amassing territories but about amassing Fulfilled Crushers. A war was great for getting territories, but not for getting Fulfilled Crushers.
The only thing Goldfire and Starsign could do was to slowly erode the Karmic Luck of the other Organizations by sending declarations of battle. Eventually, they would need to give them some kind of answer.
Sadly, that took a lot of time, and they didn't have much time left.
The leaders of Goldfire and Starsign were growing old. They only had a couple of centuries left.
Just like Ray of Judgment, they were feeling the pressure of time.
They needed to become Legendary Crushers soon!
Sadly, their powers were about equal. If any of them attacked the other one, their Formation Arrays would win the war.
Fighting each other was impossible. So, they looked at the other members of the Big Five.
Fighting Voidwave on their home turf was suicide. Their Formation Arrays were even more powerful than Azure Comet's Formation Arrays, and they even had a Unique Crusher.
The Four Dragons seemed like the easiest target. Most likely, they would be able to win.
However, the Four Dragons didn't have a Unique Crusher. While their leaders had the power of one when fighting together, killing them wouldn't have the same impact. Most likely, destroying the Four Dragons wouldn't be enough to make them Legendary Crushers.
Attacking Azure Comet was also an option. On paper, he seemed to be the weakest. Yet, the actual Planet was a huge issue. Attacking the Planet from space would not get them anywhere. Azure Comet wouldn't even need to use any defensive Formation Arrays. In order to win, they would need to enter the Planet, which would put them into the range of Azure Comet's Formation Arrays.
Without his Formation Arrays, Azure Comet was essentially just a strong Fulfilled Crusher, but with them, he was immortal in the Secondary Sector.
