Supreme Harem God System novel Chapter 2270

Chapter 2270: Wow, that was generic.

Sarovan was a High Level World near the centre of the Universe. It was known for its loyalty towards Light and had thrived for millions of years.

Sarovan’s sky never dimmed, even at midnight, the clouds had a soft, peaceful glow. Light Temples floated here like islands, rivers ran in perfect lines, it was... a world that felt... perfect.

High above the capital, on a balcony carved from dawnstone, Archon Sarovan stood with his hands behind his back.

Archon was a Sephkin—a tall, winged race. His wings were not feathers, but layered plates of shining crystal, his eyes were white-gold, and a thin halo-ring hovered behind his head.

As a Leader of a High Level World, Archon was obviously an Eternal. He wasn’t known for his strength when compared to other Eternals throughout the Universe,

But in his own World, he was Absolute.

A being who had ruled for millions of years, a rule so absolute that in his entire life, he had never once considered the possibility of someone challenging him.

He had only surrendered once in his entire life, and that was when the beings of Light appeared in his world for the very first time. It was one of the quickest decisions he had made.

The Auras those beings released were far worse than anything he had felt. Surrendering was the only possible way out.

And Archon was proud of that.

Why wouldn’t he be?

Because the moment he surrendered, he too had the Power of Light in his palms, his status elevated to the point that even beings stronger than him did not challenge him.

And all he had to do in return was stay loyal to Light.

An easy decision when he gained power and freedom in return.

Today, however, something was different.

Today was... a bad day.

And Archon realized it when he sensed the space around him being sealed. He frowned. For the next few milliseconds, he believed it was his mistake, that he had sensed wrong.

After all, the World’s Will hadn’t reacted yet. According to it, other than his subordinates, there were no beings around, and... the World’s Will had never been wrong.

But then—

Something he simply could not ignore happened.

The moment he turned around, a thin line appeared in the air right in front of him.

A crack in space.

And the next instant—

The crack widened.

The space was torn open and...

Someone walked out with a look so casual that it looked like he owned the place.

A ridiculously handsome human with dark hair, a loose open shirt, bare chest, and sharp, hypnotic golden eyes.

A man no being in the entire Universe would fail to recognize.

A man who challenged the Four Infinities all on his own.

A man who... the entire Universe feared, hated and... respected.

The Anomaly.

He smiled like he had arrived at a party.

"You..."

Archon’s jaw tightened, his eyes burning in rage.

"A filth like you dares to step into my world."

His wings flared, those crystal plates clicking softly like a weapon being assembled.

Nux didn’t care. He just looked around, like a tourist visiting a new place.

"Your world looks... expensive."

He commented.

No one knew if it was a compliment or an insult.

But Archon did not care.

He lifted his hand and a circle of Light formed behind him, turning into six spear-like rays.

"Leave."

He commanded in a firm tone, it was clear he wouldn’t be taking no for an answer.

"Or you will be erased."

Nux looked at him, impressed.

"Wow, that was generic.

Cringy too, to be honest.

Do you not feel embarrassed when you say stuff like that?"

He asked, and from his expression, it felt like he genuinely wanted to know the answer.

And this time, Archon did not reply. Just the first exchange was enough for him to realize that wasting words on this being was foolish.

He struck first.

Whoosh Whoosh Whoosh

The six rays shot forward like beams, bending the very space around them. Before Nux could react or prepare to dodge them, they split into thousands of smaller knives of Light, aiming for Nux’s heart, throat, eyes, every supposedly weak point of a human body at once.

An attack that should kill a human in one go.

Archon wasn’t holding back from the beginning; his intention was clear.

The knives reached Nux.

And then...

They stopped.

Mid-air, trembling as if they had hit an invisible wall.

And from the start to finish, Nux did not move. He simply looked at the knives in front of him with a bored look on his face and—

He flicked his finger.

The knives turned back.
