Chapter 549 A New Floor

Good didn’t rush them.

He waited quietly while RedBean finished logging all the materials, then pushed the corresponding Frost Tokens across the stall.

Riley looked at him. “Do you have maps for the upcoming dungeon floors?”

Good smiled gently.

“Maps are premium goods. Unfortunately, I only carry basic ones here. They likely won’t be of much help to you.”

“What about information on the later floors?” Riley asked.

“Information is also merchandise,” Good replied. “And not all information is for sale.”

“We can negotiate the price,” Riley said.

Good shook his head lightly. “It’s not a matter of price.”

Riley narrowed her eyes slightly.

Good had always treated her well as an old acquaintance. He’d even been more polite to her than to others.

But the second she touched on core dungeon secrets, he shut the conversation down just like before-polite, but firm.

Riley didn’t push further.

She knew well enough there was a difference between an NPC being unable to speak and unwilling to speak.

Someone like Good was almost certainly bound by rules, not choice,

She switched to a more casual question.

“We just teleported here from the Silver Leaf Trial on Floor 10. Is that an elven relic?”

Good picked up his warm coffee and answered softly, “The Silver Leaf Trial does belong to elven heritage. It’s a gentle trial, very forgiving to those who clear it.”

Riley nodded. She still planned to buy a basic map for travel reference.

“I’ll take a standard route map for Floor 11. It’ll help us move around.”

“Floor 11?” Good let out a faint laugh. “But you’re already on Floor Il right now.”

Riley’s eyes widened in shock.

They were already on Floor 11.

That meant the fairy’s teleport had crossed entire dungeon layers, sending them straight from the outer zones of Floor 10 to the central hall of Floor 11.

The moment she processed this, Riley pulled out her comm card to check on Pineapple Beer and TartKing.

Both names stayed gray.

She pressed her finger against the edge of the panel, refreshing it once more.

Still nothing.

RedBean saw the screen too, and her earlier joy faded at once.

“Still no signal for them.”

Riley said nothing and kept scrolling.

The next second, her gaze froze.

Two names lit up brightly.

Nobody and ToxicReaper.

RedBean spotted them at the exact same time, her voice rising with excitement.

“They’re online!”

The team members who’d just sat down to rest all looked over instantly.

“Really?”

“Are they in Floor 11 too?”

“Are they here in the central hall?”

RedBean quickly checked their location tags.

“They’re on Floor 11, but not inside the hall. Still out in the outer zones.”

Riley didn’t hesitate and sent them an urgent message, “Where are you two? What’s your situation?”

The comm panel went quiet for a few seconds.

Riley held perfectly still, not even glancing back at Good. Her entire focus locked on the

screen.

A reply popped up soon after.

ToxicReaper messaged first, “President?!”

Right after, Nobody’s message appeared, “Did you guys make it to Floor 11 too?”

RedBean breathed out in relief.

“We’ve got contact again.”

Riley typed back immediately, “We’re in the Floor 11 central hall. Send your current location.”

There was a short pause before ToxicReaper replied, “Thank god. We’re heading for the central hall now. We’re not far.”

Nobody added on, “We’re fine. Ran into some trouble on the way, but we can handle it.”

“Do you need us to come get you?” Riley asked.

They replied quickly this time, “Don’t come out. Monster spawn rates on Floor 11 are way higher than the lower floors. A big group like yours will pull aggro the second you leave the safe zone. We’re almost there. We’ll update you if anything happens.”

Reading the message, Riley finally relaxed a little.

This was one of the few bits of good news since they’d entered the dungeon.
