Chapter 577 Guild Reunion
Simply put, Riley was no longer just a tough tank who could take hits and deal decent damage. She could also zip straight into battle in an instant.
This was a massive upgrade for a warrior.
Dungeons were full of traps, messy terrain and dense monster hordes. In here, getting to the right spot fast was often more important than pure damage output.
Riley closed her stats screen and looked over at PineappleBeer.
PineappleBeer had just finished checking her level–up gains.
“I’m Level 34 now,” she said.
“I’m Level 35,” Riley answered.
“That’s so unfair!” TartKing pouted. “We’ve been together the whole time, and I’m only Level 31.”
Riley smiled to comfort her. “Your gear’s just as good as ours. A few levels don’t matter much right now.”
TartKing nodded thoughtfully. “Yeah, I guess that’s true.”
The three sorted out their new gear, double–checked to make sure they hadn’t missed anything, then headed for the teleport circle.
As the teleport light flared to life, the comms card in Riley’s hand gave a soft buzz.
A moment later, they reappeared in the semicircular outer hall of the Silent Bell Hall.
The three half–buried stone bells were still in place.
The left one had no clapper, the middle one was split clean down the middle, and the right one remained fully intact.
But things were different now. The twelve copper grooves on the right bell had all turned dark. The broken bell pattern on the entrance door had fixed into a full, complete circle.
With the dungeon cleared, the entrance looked plain, blending seamlessly into the tunnel.
Riley scanned their surroundings.
It was safe for the time being.
She opened her comm card and messaged Hanna, NorthWind and RedBean.
[SpicyBurger: The three of us are back together. Where are you guys?]
RedBean replied right away.
[RedBean: We got your message!]
[RedBean: Everyone’s gathered at the Broken Bell Stone Platform. Including PineappleBeer and Tartking, we have 68 active guild

[RedBean: Hanna and NorthWind setup a temporary defense line. The area is safe, and we’re not far from the central hall.]
Seeing the number 68 eased Riley’s mind a lot.
Ever since entering the dungeon, their group had been split apart, teleported separately, chased and ambushed nonstop. Even so, they’d slowly gathered most of their members back.
PineappleBeer stood beside her and saw the message too.
She fell quiet for a second. “We still have people missing?”
Riley sighed. “Counting the new recruits we left with the Icefield Drifters Alliance, over 20 people are still unaccounted for.
TartKing spoke softly, trying to cheer them up. “It’s still way better than before.”
As she stared at the number on the comm card, tears welled up in her eyes. She didn’t say much, but she’d been constantly worried about the guild.
When she and Pineapple Beer were trapped in the Silent Bell Hall, she’d had no way to reach Riley or check if the others were alive.
She was genuinely relieved and happy to see 68 members reunited.
Right after, Red Bean sent over a simple location map.
The Broken Bell Stone Platform wasn’t too far from their current spot, but two main copper–wire tunnels and a cracked gray vent zone lay between them.
NorthWind marked out a safe detour on the map.
[NorthWind: Don’t walk down the center of the main tunnels. Stick to the shattered western chain wall. Turn right at the second fork and stop at the collapsed bell pedestal. Hollow Shell Patrols wander there. Wait for them to pass before moving forward.]
Riley looked up at PineappleBeer and TartKing.
“Let’s go.”
PineappleBeer nodded and pulled her hood over her head.
TartKing stored her staff in her bag, keeping her greatsword slung over her back.
The three left the outer hall.
Upside–down stone bells hung overhead. Copper wires lined the walls, and faint gray cracks spread across the ground. Every corner reminded them this was no safe place to wander around.
But everything felt different now.
Riley wasn’t alone anymore.
As they crossed the first copper–wire zone, a deep bell boomed in the distance.
Boom…

All three froze in place.
Currents
The copper wires lit up one by one, thy electric currents flickering deep inside the tunnel.
TartKing lifted her foot and stared at the ground, murmuring, “Now! freeze up every time I see these thin lines.”
“Got trauma?” PineappleBeer asked bluntly.
“Don’t you?” TartKing whispered back.
