She stood up straight. “How’s everyone feeling?”

Hanna walked over right away. “Everyone’s fully recovered.”

Riley looked over her team.

A good night’s sleep had done everyone wonders.

Their eyes were sharp and focused now, no longer unfocused and tired. Every move they made was steady and precise.

They were finally ready to keep advancing.

“Thirty minutes to prep up,” Riley said. “We head for Floor 14/once we’re set.”

The whole team got moving the second the order was given.

Pineapple Beer sorted through scattered memories and shared quick reminders, telling everyone not to rush off blindly after teleporting.

Half an hour later, all sixty-eight players stood in perfect formation.

The central portal on Floor 13 swirled with soft light.

“Let’s move.”

Riley stepped into the portal first.

The teleport didn’t split the team up completely.

When Riley landed, five teammates were right beside her: Hanna, Bruce, two shield tanks, and one ranged fighter.

She scanned their surroundings quickly and confirmed the area was safe.

This floor had way fewer traps than the last. It looked like a huge rocky cavern, swallowed whole by the dungeon.

The tunnels were wide with rough stone walls, covered in dark brown rock rubble.

Heavy footsteps echoed in the distance, clearly belonging to new dungeon monsters.

Riley opened her comms card.

Messages popped up nonstop, every team member checking in safe and sound.

This floor’s teleport system was much gentler.

Instead of dropping people off alone, it split the group into small teams of five or six.

Riley immediately told everyone to meet up with the closest teammate group first.

She ordered them to avoid soloing any mini-bosses. The monsters here were higher level, so they needed to gather enemy intel first before fighting.

Soon after, NorthWind and RedBean mapped out all the key landmarks on the floor.

This floor’s layout was more straightforward, but the monsters were definitely stronger.

The first enemies they encountered were Rockscale Monitor Lizards, ranging from Level 25 to 26.

They weren’t fast, but they were massive and heavily armored. A single tail swipe could knock a regular tank several steps back.

Next were Bonewarden Sentinels, around Level 25. They carried stone spears; their strikes were crude yet devastatingly heavy and hard-hitting.

The floor also spawned Darkspine Bulls, mostly Level 27. They charged at terrifying speeds, perfect for ramming players head-on in these wide tunnels.

These monsters were just strong.
