Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance novel Chapter 1947

Molly crossed her arms. "So you insult me, and then try to guilt-trip me into fighting your battles?"

Mr. Hansen turned his glare to Mia, who was completely stuffed and quietly hiccuping. "Mia, why didn't you help me?"

Mia let out another small burp. "Dad, you literally said I act like an animal when I lose my temper."

Mr. Hansen stammered. "That... that's only because you insulted me first!"

Mia shrugged. "I was just pointing out the facts."

Molly laughed. "Exactly, Mia! Let him fight his own battles! We should just sit back and... hey! Dad, did you just hit me with your cane?! That's domestic abuse! Mia, sue him!"

Mia hiccuped again. "Can you two take this outside? My son and my nephew are in a confined space with us."

When they finally reached the ground floor, the three of them were still fiercely debating who was actually at fault. Mr. Hansen even dragged his driver into it. "You be the judge! Tell them I'm right!"

It wasn't until the two toddlers started whining that they finally split up, getting into three separate cars and speeding off.

Wayne was tossed into the backseat of Molly's car, while Henry crawled into the back of Mia's. Mr. Hansen rolled down his window as his driver pulled away. "It was Molly's fault!"

Molly leaned out of her window and shrieked back, "You lost an argument to Leo and now you're blaming me! You're a terrible role model!"

Mia's car drove off second, leaving Molly's car for last. "Wayne, I am so mad right now," she huffed.

Wayne blinked at her. "If Mommy dies from being mad, do I still have a mom?"

"Obviously not! What kind of question is that? I'm the only mom you get in this lifetime. If you want a new one, wait for your next life!"

Back at Waterford Estates, Anya and Leo were clearing the dining table.

Leo was still heatedly analyzing the argument. "Tell me the truth, who do you think was actually being unreasonable?"

"Huh? Oh, Leo, I wasn't even listening."

Leo sighed. "Of course not. You were too busy acting like a creep, aggressively kissing those two kids."

Anya, the resident "creep," bit her lip guiltily.

"But Leo... since you spent the whole night shouting at everyone, do you feel like your brain is a little sharper now?"
