Sylvara's Rebirth A New Dawn for Abel novel Chapter 252

Chapter 252 Zero Aesthetic Value

Kyre was on guard. “Just say it from there. I can hear you”

Finished

Sylvara saw he wouldn’t come closer, so she pretended turn back toward her room. She raised her voice, totally unconcerned. “Fine. If you aren’t interested, then forget it. I’m going back inside…”

“Stop.” Kyre couldn’t let it go. The chance to own a power that could strip someone of their mental energy and physical strength was too tempting. He warned her fiercely, “I’m coming over. But I’m warning you, if you try anything, I don’t care who you’re married to, I’ll make sure you never see the sunrise.”

“Relax. I’m someone who cares about aesthetics. Hanging someone up looks ugly.” Sylvara smiled sweetly. “I prefer a different punishment.”

Seeing that she stopped moving, Kyre walked up to her. It’s good that you know your place. A girl like you, abandoned by her parents and living off my family, should learn to be grateful.”

As he got close, Sylvara lifted the hand holding Eggy and smashed the egg straight into his forehead. “You’re right. I should be grateful-grateful that you walked over to die.”

The hard eggshell hit Kyre’s forehead.

Eggy normally only drained people’s physical and mental energy.

But this time, Eggy cracked Kyre’s skull open. Blood started rushing out.

Sylvara looked at the bloody hole in his forehead, pretended to be shocked, and kicked him in the stomach. She said with a fake-concern tone, “Uncle Kyre, you scared me! Why’s your whole face covered in blood?”

Her kick sent him flying off the attic balcony. He hit the ground, leaving a pit.

Sylvara lowered her foot, flipped Eggy around, and wiped the part that hit Kyre on her jacket. Then she turned the egg and gave the shell a loud smooch. “Good job, you rascal egg.”

Eggy wriggled out of her palm, floated up, and rubbed itself all over her clothes-annoyed she used it to hit someone without cleaning it off properly.

Sylvara was at a loss for words.

So this egg’s got a mind of its own.

No, this isn’t just an egg, it’s a clean-freak egg.

The ten guards saw their boss get kicked and all rushed to attack.

Sylvara jumped down and pulled out the metal chain she had ripped off Kyre’s aircraft from her spatial button. She swung it at the ten guards.

The metal chain was barely five feet long, but it movedke a flexible snake. One hit left a bloody stripe on

their skin.

The marks stung and itched at the same time, slowing the guards down.

Eggy turned invisible, bonking into each guard one by one.

Anyone it touched collapsed like a boneless slug, collapsing onto the ground.

Chapter 252 Zero Aesthetic Value

Sylvara cheered, “Good job, Eggling!”

Finished

After cheering, she used the metal chain to snag Kyre’s wrist, dragging him out of the pit he’d made, and then bound the others.

In just moments, the ten guards plus Kyre were all wrapped up in the chain. Sylvara tied on a length of Smokewillow and hung all of them up on the swing.

Sylvara clapped her hands, lifted her chin, and looked at the group swinging on the ropes. She said coldly, “Kyre, I told you hanging people up looks ugly. You didn’t believe me, now do you?

“Look at you all tied together like that. You look like leftovers someone forgot to throw out-too gross to keep, too weird to toss. Zero aesthetic value.”

Kyre hung there limply on the swing, unable to use any physical strength, not even a trace of mental energy. His eyes were bloodshot with fear. “Sylvara, give me back my mental energy and physical power. Now!”

Sylvara’s smile lit up like sunshine. “Kyre, are you dreaming? What’s given is given. No take-backs. Keep dreaming.”

“Sweetheart’s right. Once it’s given, you don’t just ask for it back.” Blake’s voice came from behind her— strong, smooth, and not hoarse at all.

Sylvara spun around. She saw Blake in a full black military uniform, posture straight like a model. Her hair was pulled back into a tiny ponytail. She was smiling, face glowing, walking over confidently in military boots with people from the Troya Empire’s Central Supreme Court behind her.

Sylvara stared at her.

She felt weird.

This non-human female entity looked way too cool. Did I guess the wrong top and bottom?

She looks amazing, and her fake male voice is so convincing. What kind of species is she?

Blake looked great—actually, she looked too good. She had this “glow,” like she just had the best night of her life. One look from her could probably make anyone fall in love.

As an old noble from the Capital Star, Kyre recognized Blake immediately.

He used every ounce of strength he had left to scream, “General Kenobia! Sylvara tried to murder me! Arrest her! Exile her to a waste planet!”

Blake stopped beside Sylvara. She tilted her head slightly, and her violet eyes shimmered with light, but her voice was as cold as ice. “Mr. Kyre, I’m here on behalf of the Royal Family to sue you for the kidnapping of the Troya Empire’s Princess Consort and the illegal seizure of her private property.”
