“Red Brows is on this spaceship too?” people in the VIP cabin exclaimed. “He’s at the top of the interstellar bounty list. I heard he’s ruthless and takes pleasure in killing. Not only does he mess around with women, he even goes after young boys!
“His methods are especially cruel. He either cripples his victims or makes them unable to function as human beings. The worst part is, he only targets delicate young boys.”
Blake suddenly started coughing and asked, stunned, “Who told you he messes with young boys?”
The speaker replied, “It’s all over the external Starnet. Don’t you go online?”
Blake let out an awkward cough. “Sorry, I’m from a waste planet. We only just got internet access, and we can only get on the Troyan Empire’s Starnet, not the external one.”
When he said that, Sylvara narrowed her eyes and grinned slyly, dragging out her words. “Daddy…”
Blake’s voice dropped as he cut her off. “Shut your mouth. I know nothing. Don’t ask me. My family doesn’t have internet.”
“Daddy, you really have no shame. Are you really not embarrassed to make up such a lame excuse?” Sylvara pointed at him and gave Blake a knowing look. “Your place has no internet, I get it. But honestly, I can’t be sure my husband won’t sell us both for that 20 billion later. If it comes to that, Daddy, could you take me along and help me earn another 30 billion?”
Blake stood up, looking both proud and aloof, with a hint of contempt. “If you want to go fight, just say so. Daddy is a reasonable man-of course I’ll bring you. Les go, Daddy will take you to raise hell.”
The two were instantly in sync, ready to go strip another 20 billion off Bluebeard.
They didn’t use the main hatch. Instead, they went to the same cabin where Sylvara and Agares had been before.
Inside, a cold wind blew through the mess.
Blake glanced at the pod that had been snapped in two, the faintest hint of a smile at the corner of his lips.
Agares said he wanted a divorce, but his actions gave him away. The moment the spaceship was hijacked, his first move was to run back to his own cabin to rescue Sylvara.
His eagerness made it obvious that Sylvara’s cover was blown. She just didn’t know it herself and thought she had him fooled.
Of course, Blake had no intention of telling Sylvara.
Sylvara made Agares stand on durian, and she was always messing with him just because Relos spoils her.
Agares could tolerate her, but Blake refused to. He just loved to watch the two of them, waiting to see who would crack first.
Sylvara found her shoes in the cabin, knocked them against the floor, slipped them on, and walked over to the blown-out hole. The wind outside whipped her hair up.
“Blake I see you as my Daddy but I 130

For her, that distance was nothing. She was really just curious how Blake would get from one spaceship to the other
Blake patted her shoulder, his voice full of disdain. “What do I even need you for? Move.”
Sylvara stepped back and replied. “To stab you in the heart, obviously. What else am I good for?”
Blake spat, then pulled a crossbow-like device out of his spatial button and shot two long cables at the pirate ship, where they instantly latched on.
He shoved the crossbow device back into his spatial button and handed another rope to Sylvara. “Here, you heartless brat. I’m going over first.”
With that, he jumped out of the hole and headed straight for the Bluebeard’s pirate ship.
Sylvara gave the rope a tug-it was really secure.
What really surprised her was that Blake was like a walking treasure chest. He had everything on him. Call him a man, he could lay eggs. Call him a woman, and he wasn’t even human.
On top of being the Empress of the Troyan Empire, Supreme Court Chief Prosecutor, and a high general, he even had a bandit persona.
In any novel, he’d be the ultimate chosen one, a real main character.
Every one of his identities was crazier than the last. No one could beat him at that.
