For accessories, a bangle and a bracelet with a crescent moon charm found their way onto her left wrist, and dangly earrings hung from her earlobes

also adorned with a symbol of the moon in one of its phases. The look was finished off with a circlet that had heen woven through her hair. It was multi–layered, featuring twists of vines and leaf work, looking both dainty and elegant, in the same silver like metal as the rest. A flat, white stone hung from the center of the circlet to rest between her brows. Beatrice figured it represented the full moon, since the other lunar symbols on the accessories were of the crescent and half moon phases.

They’d left her neck and shoulders bare to show off Hendricks‘ mark. It made Beatrice uncomfortable, but there wasn’t anything she could do about it. Yet.

“I’m suppose to walk you through how the ceremony will go,” Amy hesitantly spoke, worried as she was talking without first beinz addressed.
