Chapter 165 Vex’s Program
The security company was top–notch–to doubt about it.
But Isabella wasn’t about to let anyone tell her how to run her own home.
Since the villa was hers, she’d be the one calling the shots on security upgrades. If the team couldn’t respect that and tried stepping over the line, she’d have no probiem showing them the door.

It didn’t matter to her if they were the best in the business over in California. What mattered was whether they could follow instructions.
And as for “top–tier security“..!
Honestly, was there anyone in the world more qualified than she was?
When Isabella made her position clear, Ryan hesitated for a second, but he quickly got on the phone and worked it out with the security firm.
“It’s all set, Ms. Powell. They’ll operate entirely under your direction.”
Well, of course they would–she was offering double their usual rate.
Unless the company had money to burn, they weren’t about to turn that down.
That said, they did have one condition…
“They mentioned that any changes you make to the security setup will need to pass their safety review,” Ryan explained carefully.
“You know how it is–they’re getting paid to keep you safe. If the system doesn’t meet their standards, they’d have a hard time signing off on it.
“At the end of the day, it’s for your own protection.”
He put it as politely as he could.
Truth was, if Isabella handed them some half–baked security plan full of holes, the company’s reputation would be on the line.
Sure, they liked the money, but keeping clients safe was the whole point of their business.
If word got out they’d okayed a shaky setup, their credibility would be shot.
So they added that one stipulation.
As long as Isabella’s security program passed their tests, she could install whatever she wanted.
Wealthy clients having sudden “brilliant ideas” wasn’t exactly new to them.
Companies that catered to high–end clients were used to handling special requests.

Quce Ryan finished explaining, Isabella simply nodded.
Finished
She typed a few commands into her laptop, emailed a program over to the security company’s contact address, and then leaned back as if she’d just sent a casual text.
It didn’t take long for a reply to land in her inbox.
“Approved! And–please–you have to let us license your security program!”
Over at the security office, the team was completely stunned.
Earlier, when Ryan called and mentioned the client wanted to use her own system, they’d quietly assumed it was just another rich person with too much time and too little expertise.
They’d played along politely and sent over their standard conditio, all while rolling their eyes internally.
High–maintenance clients were nothing new–they always thought their weekend hobby projects could outperform professional systems.
But since the money was good, they knew better than to say no outright.
So they’d fallen back on their usual line. “It just has to pass our security review.”
After all, they were already one of the top firms in the state. What amateur could possibly outdo them? They’d sat back, fully expecting Isabella to back down or send over something easily dismissed.
But no–instead, she sent a program that broke through their company’s firewall in under three minutes.
Now their whole IT team was scrambling, still trying to untangle the code she’d embedded in their network.
