26 Move or Not?
“Class 1, Senior Year
Isabella glanced at the sign on the door and walked straight into the classroom.
Finished
Class had just let out, and with no teacher around, small groups of students were chatting here and there.
Hannah was surrounded by a crowd, laughing and talking about something.
When she saw Isabella come in, she immediately greeted her warmly. “Isabella, you’re here.”
She called out sweetly, then introduced her to the people nearby. “This is my sister. Please make her feel at home.”
Hannah’s tone was a mix of genuine and deliberate warmth.
She was intentionally being vague about Isabella’s background.
Before Isabella arrived, she had already told everyone that her sister would be joining Class 1.
She mentioned that this sister hadn’t grown up in the Powell family and had only recently come back.
Naturally, the others jumped to their own conclusions.
In families like theirs, there were always illegitimate kids floating around–some brought into the family,
some not.
So, when they heard Hannah’s explanation, they immediately thought they understood the situation.
They looked at Isabella, sizing her up with a subtle but superior air, like they were trying to figure out everything about her.
This kind of scrutiny was incredibly rude and arrogant, almost never directed at someone considered an equal.
Right then, the wealthy girls in Class I didn’t see Isabella as being on their level.
“Hannah, you’re too nice.”
“Not just anyone gets to be called ‘sister‘”
“Some people should really ask themselves if they deserve it.”
They looked at Isabella with judgmental expressions.
Isabella’s gaze stayed calm. She didn’t even glance at them, simply walking past and heading toward a seat by the window in the back row.
It was a quiet, tucked–away spot with a good view–just turning your head gave you a nice look at the scenery outside.

Chapter 26 Move or Not?
Isabella was pretty satisfied with it.
She walked up to the desk and tapped lightly on the edge. “Excuse me, could you move?”
Finished
The moment she spoke, the person slumped over the desk, covered by a school blazer, lifted their head.
“You looking to die?!”
His gaze was fierce, his hair messy. He wore the Westbrook Academy uniform shirt with the top two buttons undone, the open collar showing a hint of collarbone, giving off a cool, sharp, and aggressive vibe.
His eyes swept coldly over Isabella before he snapped, “Get lost!”
Noah Wayne was in a foul mood.
He had just gotten chewed out by his brother yesterday, came to school today to catch up on sleep, and now someone was bothering him.
All that chatter was driving him insane!
His icy glare swept across the room.
It was them–chattering away and annoying him.
As for Isabella standing in front of him, he couldn’t be bothered.
She was just a transfer student.
And from the looks of it, probably some Powell family bastard.
His eyes swept coldly over Hannah and the others./
He had overheard their whole conversation.
Despite Noah’s words, Isabella remained unfazed.
“I said, please move.”
Her voice was cold.
At that moment, the only truly quiet spot in the whole classroom was next to Noah.
Isabella wasn’t about to settle for something worse.
She also didn’t feel like playing along with Hannah and her group.
So, this was the only seat she was willing to take.
“You really have a death wish?!”
Noah stared at Isabella, his eyes ice cold.
Meanwhile, Hannah quickly spoke up from across the room. “Oh, sorry, sorry.
