Chapter 316 Silent Toxins
A violent muscle twitched in his jaw as he finished, his voice dropping into a chilling hiss, “If I find out the Kellers are behind this, I’ll tear them apart with my bare hands.”
Both Julian and Felix had simply been too close to the situation to see clearly.
Given Raymond’s advanced age, they had dismissed every minor spell of discomfort as typical elderly ailments, never once considering foul play or deliberate poisoning.
Yet now that Isabella had raised the possibility, the pieces fell terrifyingly into place.
Even though the hospital labs had flagged nothing unusual, Julian resolved to send Raymond’s blood samples to specialized independent facilities for testing.
Standard hospitals were set up for routine clinical care and were often ill–equipped to identify rare or concealed neurotoxins.
What was more, if the Kellers had orchestrated the poisoning, they would have covered their tracks thoroughly.

Julian slammed his fist into the corridor wall once more as he finished.
Three grown men had been blind to the danger, requiring their young niece to open their eyes.
It’s utterly humiliating…
If anything fatal had happened to their father, they would never have forgiven themselves for the rest of their lives.
Drawing in a deep breath, they looked at Isabella and urged, “Bella, keep this from your grandfather and Garrett for now–neither of them can hide their feelings.”
Raymond in particular could suffer a fatal relapse if overwhelmed by sudden rage.
Keeping him in the dark was an absolute necessity.
Garrett was far too hot–headed; while Julian and Felix could maintain their composure, Garrett would give the game away in seconds.
For that reason, they emphasized that Garrett should not be told just yet.
“Okay.”
Isabella gave a slight nod.
She held the exact same view, keeping the secret tight so the Kellers assumed their plot remained undetected.
For one, she could gradually extract the particulates in daily increments, allowing his tissue to regenerate naturally.
After all, Raymond’s cardiovascular system had been compromised by these particulates for cause to attempt
