It clearly states that the development permit for Vista Heights Lodge has been revoked, and the parent company is under investigation, with no end date in sight."

"In other words, even though Aurelian Central signed a contract, the project can't move forward. Any investment made by the firm is gone." Her voice was cold and precise as she watched the color drain from Genevieve's and Felice's faces.
