Chapter 12 A Heavy Accusation
Joanna left the dungeon with Nighthowl.
They returned with a full haul.
Meanwhile, inside the dungeon where Lucas was…
After two and a half hours of fighting, the five of them were exhausted.

Even though they had high-level talents and powerful moves, they used up a lot of energy. In just two hours, all the potions they brought were gone, and they had only cleared the entrance of the castle.
That meant only 25 castle phantoms were cleared.
Aside from the XP, nothing dropped at all.
Bruce’s palms were covered in cold sweat and his body was shaking.
He had to lure every single phantom over. If even one extra phantom followed, the whole team might die.
Often, luring one monster required two or three minutes of waiting time.
The pressure was almost too much for him to handle.
“How about we stop here for today and continue next week?” Lucas said.
Rhoda nodded.
They weren’t prepared enough. The boys were careless. They had probably truly forgotten and all the potions were with Joanna, so their performance this time
was far from ideal.
However, these people were indeed very strong. If it had been her previous all-female team, it would take five minutes just to kill one monster, and clearing a Level-10 dungeon would be almost impossible.
But this team only needed a minute or two to kill a monster.
What she didn’t know was that if Joanna were there, their progress would be much further along.
“Then let’s leave!” Rhoda said.
As soon as she spoke, the others sighed in relief.
They retreated to the entrance. Any items found in the dungeon, like the oil inside the lamps, would only become real after the dungeon was fully cleared. Otherwise, they were just items that couldn’t be taken out.
Besides, they weren’t good at managing such things anyway, so it didn’t feel it was a loss.
In their eyes, as long as they leveled up and fought hard, they would eventually join the top teams in the Space Alliance.
Management?

Chapter 12 A Heavy Accusation
Making money?
They didn’t care about that.

Even Rhoda, the strongest member of her previous team, was never bothered with such trivial work.
The group exited the dungeon.
At that exact moment, Joanna also stepped out.
When she saw Joanna, Rhoda immediately remembered what Lucas had said.
She called out to her. “Joanna, wait a second.”
Finished
“What?” Joanna had been in the dungeon all afternoon. She was planning to take Nighthowl out for a big meal, but she was stopped again.
She was surprised to see Rhoda.
Rhoda walked over and said, “Joanna, since you’ve left the team, you should return the supplies, shouldn’t you?”
“What supplies?” Joanna frowned. She didn’t understand.
Rhoda thought Joanna was playing dumb. She spoke more strictly.
“The supplies for the Desolate Castle, obviously. The Holy Elixir, Fire Potions, and the poison for the assassin. Since you’ve left the team, why did you take all those potions with you? Those things are worth at least 300,000 Starcoins. Are you trying to steal the school’s funding for the top team?”
With such a heavy accusation thrown out, the surrounding players exiting the dungeon all cast glances toward them.
Entering the dungeon could be anytime, but a good gossip like this was rare.
Joanna finally understood everything.
At that moment, Cedric started complaining too. “That’s right! And where is the dungeon guide? Give it to us. Do you know that I almost died in there because we didn’t have it?”
“Whether you live or die has nothing to do with me,” Joanna said.
She didn’t expect them to fail so quickly.
These people had actually entered the dungeon completely unprepared.
As for the guides, they had never liked reading written reports or watching explanation videos. Even if it was only one minute long, they would always say to let Joanna handle it.
She looked the four of them up and down. When she noticed Bruce’s hands were still shaking, she felt a sense of relief.
At the same time, the crowd started whispering about her.
