Chapter 35 Gorgeous and Loaded
Joanna couldn’t help but imagine attaching a leash to that collar and pulling him close…
Ahem!
She was turning into a bad girl.
She hurriedly found something else to do to banish the thought.

She sold the helmet and four wolf claw pieces that Nighthowl had changed out of on the portable trading exchange for 200,000. Combined with what she had left over, she now had 500,000 in hand.
“Come on, let’s eat first. After that, we’ll figure out which dungeon to tackle.”
Joanna started her livestream.
Every bit of extra income counted.
Besides, she just wanted to show off her wolf a little. So what?
Half an hour later.
The stream traffic was double what it had been yesterday, and her earnings hit 1,128 Starcoins, another nice bump.
Of course, compared to the dungeon profits now, it was nothing. But she still loved the feeling of her cooking being appreciated.
“Next up, time to research our next dungeon!
“So far, we’ve cleared Fang Imps, Zombie Hospital, and Desolate Castle. For the next dungeon, we need to pick a different type.”
Teams participating in the SAT needed to submit records from five dungeons. This wasn’t just to verify the team’s capabilities but also determined what major you’d be assigned after getting into college.
Without a doubt, Joanna wanted to join the Genius Track and major in Comprehensive Dungeon Studies.
So her next dungeon choice couldn’t overlap with the previous ones.
Joanna glanced at the equipment she was wearing and inspiration struck.
“Let’s go fight Spider Lady! An insect-type dungeon.”
“The Fall of Grand Central Station.”
Hard Mode dungeon.
Dungeon Level: 10.
Recommended Level: 15.

Chapter 35 Gorgeous and Loaded
Perfect for Joanna right now.
Finished
However, as a Hard Mode dungeon, Space Alliance regulations required a ten-person squad to clear it, unless you were over Level 20.
This was to prevent gifted but reckless rookies from dying inside.
Of course, if your combined stats exceeded 5,000, you could enter solo, but Joanna obviously wasn’t there
yet.
“Still, this dungeon is basically a trial by fire for geniuses. Usually two teams cooperate to clear it. What matters is individual contribution to the team. As long as my contribution is high, it counts as my dungeon record, and I’ll even get bonus points.
“First, let’s find some temporary teammates.”
This time, Joanna didn’t bother taking a car. She had Nighthowl use his Star Domain to teleport them to the dungeon plaza.
The two of them arrived at the entrance to “The Fall of Grand Central Station.”
There was a decent crowd at the dungeon entrance, and visibly, everyone was a bit older.
“Train Station LFM for an XP baby! No boss kill, mob clearing only. Must cover boosted entry ticket. Need five people.
“Professional dungeon carry, 500,000 Starcoins per run. Nine carries plus one buyer.
“Looking for a strong team to clear Train Station together.”
The moment Joanna heard the first recruitment call, her eyes lit up.
No boss kill?
Here’s the thing. If you didn’t clear a dungeon, you couldn’t collect the loot inside.
So fighting while hauling loot out was impossible. You could only use supplies within the dungeon itself, like when she used the scooter to push the oil lamp in Desolate Castle.
If she joined this team and they cleared all the mobs, then killed the boss herself … wouldn’t all the dungeon’s loot belong to her?
That would be perfect.
“Count me in!”
Joanna said.
Joanna sent a party request.
“Party Leader: Marcus Fuller, Level 19 Shield Warrior, has accepted your request.”
Marcus’s gaze landed on Joanna, and his eyes widened slightly.
