The Battle Queen They Blindly Kicked Out (Joanna) novel Chapter 95

Chapter 95 Red Carpet

“Oh, once they finished the SAT dungeon, they went straight to the public battlefield to farm monsters.”

Nighthowl and Alwyn had long been trained by Joanna.

They knew very well that if they wanted a head pat from her, they had to trade it for monster

kills.

At first, one million kills earned one pat.

Now, the requirement had jumped to ten million.

Naturally, they seized every moment to improve. The moment they left the SAT dungeon, they rushed straight into the public dungeon.

Compared to that, the SAT itself was basically just a formality.

It had even wasted ten hours of their time, trapping them inside where they could only prepare food.

If Joanna hadn’t been there, Nighthowl would’ve used Astral Step and left long ago.

But since she didn’t want any trouble around her, she stopped him from going to the public dungeon and followed the SAT rules properly.

Maverick and Wyatt were both stunned after hearing that.

So this is a top summoner’s dream life?

You don’t have to do anything, and your contracted beasts go out to kill monsters and level up for you?

That’s insanely enviable.

“Should we call them back now? You’re going to Redlight City’s Ascension Tower for the celebration banquet today. You’ll need to use the city teleport portal between the two cities.”

“Yes, I’ll call them.”

City teleport portals weren’t the same as dungeon portals. They charged extra and gave no benefits at all. It was basically like taking a plane.

In fact, teleport fees were even higher than dungeon entry fees.

Dungeon runs helped the Space Alliance by producing kills and resources.

City teleportation, on the other hand, was pure spending.

The fee from Violetlight City to Redlight City was 100,000 Starcoins per person.

Of course, planes or trains were options too. But Chromatic Star was massive, and flying would take at least 15 hours.

Plus, Redlight City had different dungeons than Violetlight City.

Since she had a few days off, Joanna planned to check out the dungeons there to see if any were suitable for leveling up further.

“Alright, I’ll have them come out.”

Joanna reached out through the soul contract.

Maverick was just about to ask if they needed to go to the Dungeon Plaza to meet them.

Then suddenly, spatial ripples emanated from around them. In no time, Nighthowl and Alwyn appeared, standing on either side of Joanna.

Maverick had seen Nighthowl’s wolf form before. Seeing them now in humanoid form, he couldn’t help but gasp at their unreal looks.

Both humanoid summons stood over six feet tall-one slender, the other powerfully built.

Their presence was completely different-one was cool and sharp, the other elegant and dignified.

Of course, neither looked entirely human. Their pupils, hair colors, and the animal ears on their heads made that obvious.

If they showed up on the underground black market, rich women would easily throw hundreds of millions at them.

But thinking like that was disrespectful to humanoid summons, and Joanna would never allow

Maverick said, “Get in. We’re going to the city teleport portal.”

Joanna stopped them.

“We’ve already delayed you for too long. Let Nighthowl teleport us straight to Redlight City! Is it just you, Mr. Lopez? Will Mr. Cobb come too?”

Maverick was shaken inside.

Was she saying her summoned beast could teleport such a long distance?

“No, just me is fine.”

Joanna nodded, then opened her communicator and pulled up Chromatic Star’s map, setting Ascension Tower as the destination.

“Navigation started. Distance to destination: 18,200 miles. Estimated arrival time: 11 hours 21 minutes.”

Nighthowl leaned closer as light flared between his brows.

Outside Chromatic Star, a planet projection appeared, streaking across the sky like a shooting star before stopping above Redlight City.

He locked onto Ascension Tower.

Outside the tower, the area was packed with people.

Numerous media outlets were staked out, and black-suited bodyguards watched vigilantly.

A red carpet had been cleared, clearly meant to welcome students like Joanna.

Nighthowl didn’t overthink it. He locked onto the location and activated teleportation.
