The Billionaire Twins Need A New Mommy! novel Chapter 725

Chapter 725: Confess. Now.

"Find them! Don’t let the master—"

"The master?! You mean the Madam?!"

"The master doesn’t care about the kids; they’ll be back. But the Madam..."

Everyone who had been scouring the mansion stopped for a second. They all looked up, imagining Lola’s reaction once she found out her children were gone. All they could think of were the times Lola had panicked whenever the twins did something even slightly extreme—and how deeply she cared for them.

Compared to Atlas, who watched his children toe the line between life and death with unsettling calm, Lola would break anyone within reach if it meant not losing her sanity. And since so much had been happening in the Order, no one believed Lola—or even Atlas—would simply sit back and wait for the twins to return on their own.

Everyone gulped nervously.

"For a second, I think I just saw a glimpse of hell," one of them muttered. "Shit!"

Without waiting for the others, the man rushed off to continue searching for the twins. The rest hissed under their breaths and followed after him. Their group wasn’t the only one having the same realization—the rest of the teams searching other parts of the mansion had also frozen for a moment before picking up the pace.

Meanwhile, Allen paced back and forth, unable to panic the same way everyone else was—because someone nearby was already spiraling.

"Oh no, oh no, they’re going to kill me," Kiara muttered, biting the tip of her thumb as she paced. "What have I done? I told them not to worry about the kids, but now they’re missing!"

"Miss Kiara..." Allen flinched when Kiara suddenly jumped in front of him, gripping his shoulder.

"I’m going to divorce Hugo," she blurted out in horror. "Everyone’s going to hate me if something happens to those kids. Oh god... actually, I won’t even need to divorce him—his brother’s going to kill him. I’m going to be a widow tonight!"

Kiara let go of Allen and walked away, mumbling under her breath... then suddenly, she started laughing.

"Miss Kiara..." Allen called softly, watching as she cycled through emotions—panic, despair, and now laughter.

He wanted to say that this wasn’t the first time the twins had done something like this. In fact, the twins disappeared whenever they felt like it. However, this was the first time Kiara had experienced it. On top of that, she had confidently told Lola and Atlas not to worry—she’d babysit them. No problem.

Even so, her panic—and everyone else’s—was justified.

First, whenever the twins disappeared, they always left a note. They learned that from Yuri. This time, there was no note. Second—and most importantly—everyone was terrified of Lola’s reaction.

What scared them wasn’t just the disappearance.

It was what Lola would do once she found out.

"God..." Allen pinched the bridge of his nose. "Where did they go?"

Meanwhile, Lola smiled as she squeezed Atlas’s hand.

"Let’s go inside," he said, and she nodded.

Hand in hand, the two of them walked in.

"Let’s get the twins and have dinner," she giggled. "It’s still early, so I don’t think they’ve eaten yet."

"Mhm."

With that, the couple headed toward the residence, planning to fetch the twins immediately. This wasn’t unusual. Lola, especially, always went to her children the moment she had free time.

But just before they could enter, Hugo suddenly jumped out in front of them.

The couple stopped dead in their tracks, Lola jolting in surprise.

"Hey, First Sister! First Brother!" Hugo laughed, smiling from ear to ear. "Good evening!"

Atlas deadpanned while Lola furrowed her brows.

"Good... evening?" she repeated, finding it odd. Hugo usually didn’t have the energy for pleasantries, even during formal occasions.

Hugo’s smile widened as he stood at the entrance, hands on his hips, feet planted wide.

"How was your trip?" he asked, sounding almost unnaturally cheerful. "Was it fun?"

Lola’s brows furrowed even deeper. "Fun?"

Didn’t she tell Hugo where she was going? Then again, Hugo lived in danger most of the time—maybe that was what he considered fun.

"Oh," she shrugged. "I wouldn’t say fun, but it was definitely eye-opening—"
