The Billionaire’s Fight For Redemption (Noah and Sierra) novel Chapter 332

Sierra’s words kept ringing in my head over and over like a broken record. They just kept coming back no matter how hard I tried to push them away.

The entire ride, it’s all I could think about. All I could obsess about, because honestly, they made no sense at all.

[Until you understand the full scope of what Chloe did, you will never understand what you and her put me through.]

Hadn’t I already found everything I needed to know? Weren’t Chloe’s lies back in high school the full scope of it?

By the time I got home, my head felt like it was about to split open but that didn’t matter. What mattered was finding out what Sierra meant. Finding out what else I’d been too fucking blind to see.

I went straight to my office, sat down, and pulled out the diary I hadn’t touched since the night I uncovered the truth.

For a moment, I just stared at it, looking at it like it was a venomous snake. Like it was poison I was about to willingly swallow.

Part of me didn’t want to open it because deep down, I had this feeling that whatever was inside would shatter everything even more than it already had.

What Chloe did back then? It was twisted, yes but it still felt childish. Something I could have eventually forgiven… But this? This felt different. Like the moment I opened that book, there would be no going back. Like whatever I found inside would destroy every last piece of the woman I thought I knew.

I hesitated, fully aware that whatever I read would change everything, but in the end I opened it and I read…and now I’m here staring at the wall, seeing absolutely nothing because my entire world has been flipped on its axis.

I try to breathe through the anguish, through the storm of emotions threatening to drown me, but the air won’t come. My chest tightens and my lungs burn.

Everything; from our wedding, the dress she wore, the bridesmaids’ dresses, the decorations, the honeymoon destination, to the twins’ names, the vacations we took, this house, its architecture, even the landscaping… Every single detail had been Sierra’s dream.

My jaw clenches as I drop the notebook onto the desk.

Hell, even the twins, that too had been Sierra’s dream. No wonder Chloe had insisted on having twins and fought tooth and nail for it.

I used to think it was cute how she wanted us to have twins just like Dad and Uncle Gabe, but now I see it for what it really was… Another thing she stole. Another dream she ripped from Sierra and claimed as her own.

My heart starts racing, panic clawing up my throat as I grip the edge of the desk, using it as an anchor because it feels like I’m losing it. Like everything in my life is collapsing in on itself. Like everything was coming undone and I had no way of controlling it. Like the foundation I built everything on was never real to begin with.
