The Billionaire's True Heiress From Fake Jewel to Real Crown novel Chapter 944

Claire showed everyone the ropes once. If they still didn't get it, she told them to figure it out themselves while she took a nap.

Waking up early meant a midday nap was essential to survive the afternoon.

By the time the instructor arrived, she was already fast asleep.

Seeing Claire's perfectly folded blanket, the instructor praised her. "Look at this. This is excellent work. That one over there isn't bad either."

He pointed at Priscilla's bed.

"Looks like you've got some experts in here. Since you guys already have the hang of it, we'll move on to the next room."

"Also, all the snacks you brought must be handed over. Pack them up now. Electronics too. You can use your phones in the dorms for a bit every day, but don't bring them outside."

The instructor rattled off a list of rules, which finally woke Claire up.

She simply grabbed her phone to check the group chat.

Her main goal was to see if Zara was surviving.

After being publicly shamed, her roommates were definitely furious. The heiress was probably having a total meltdown.

Sure enough, the moment she opened the chat, she saw Zara ranting.

Zara Zeller—UGH, I'm going to lose my mind. Why do we have to clean on a boot camp trip? I literally don't know how to do this.

Skye—*pat pat* So sorry for you. Our poor heiress got blasted on the loudspeakers. Now the whole freshman class knows who you are.

Lex Grant—Haven't you packed your stuff yet? I'll come help.

Zara Zeller—Lex, really?! You are the love of my life. Please come save me!

Lex must have actually gone over to help Zara organize her room.

But things quickly escalated.

Zara and Lex ended up in a full-blown physical fight with Zara's roommates.

To be precise, Zara fought a roommate with a filthy mouth.

"That insulted both of them. I'm not exactly sure how the punches started flying, but we should go check on them."

"Lex told me Zara skipped lunch, so I'm bringing her some food."

Skye had bought a bunch of beef jerky beforehand, and now she was sneaking it over.

Claire stared at her. "Your stash didn't get confiscated?"

"I hid it." Skye grinned, looking incredibly smug.

Claire was intrigued. "Where did you stash it that the instructors didn't find it?"

"In my socks," Skye whispered in Claire's ear.

Claire paused. "..." That was going to be some very distinct-smelling jerky. She wondered if the heiress would actually stomach it.

Seeing Claire's expression, Skye immediately knew what she was thinking and frantically explained, "The socks were brand new! I literally never wore them!"

"I swear! I'll eat one right now to prove it!"
