Chapter 103
Trevor let out a silent chuckle and said, “Got it.”
With that, he turned around and left.
By the time he went back downstairs, Miles and the others were already eating. Seeing him return alone, they were all a bit surprised.
Like Jordyn, they had assumed that since Trevor personally went to invite her, Celeste would never refuse.
Beck asked, “She’s not coming down?”
Trevor replied, “No.”
Then, he turned to the staff assisting them and instructed, “Prepare a portion of the barbecue, grilled chicken, and stew. Then, send it upstairs to the missus.”
Wynn pressed her lips together at his words.
Celeste refusing to come down and Trevor arranging for food to be sent up to her didn’t necessarily mean anything.
But, she didn’t like hearing him refer to Celeste as the missus. It sounded like he was acknowledging Celeste as his wife.
However, she soon reasoned that the staff at the retreat probably didn’t even know Celeste’s name. If he didn’t refer to her as the missus, how would they know who the food was for?
Back in the room, Celeste was actually getting hungry.
When she heard the doorbell and saw it was the staff delivering food, she opened the door and let them push the food cart inside.
The staff carefully set the dishes on the table and lifted the lids one by one, explaining each dish to her.
But the moment the lids were lifted, Celeste frowned and said, “Did you send this to the wrong room? This isn’t what I ordered.”
The aroma of stew filled the air, and the table was covered with an assortment of fresh seafood, beef tripe, and lamb–all incredibly appetizing.
She had to admit, it looked delicious. But the problem was, this wasn’t what she ordered.
“There’s no mistake. Mr. Fleming instructed us to send these up to you,” the staff member replied respectfully. ” The meal you ordered is almost ready in the kitchen and will be sent up shortly.”
Celeste paused.
There was already more than enough food for two to three people. And now, on top of that, her own order was still coming,
As a result, she ended up eating for a long time.
By the time her scheduled meeting with Matthias was about to start, she was still eating.
Matthias started the video call early to ask her for some documents. But when Celeste entered the call, he saw her still eating and said, “What are you eating? Looks good.”

Celeste turned her camera slightly to show him.
Other team members joined the call and, upon seeing the feast in front of her–filled with premium, expensive dishes were stunned.
“That much food? Did you just start eating?”
Celeste replied, “No, I’m almost done.”
“You ordered all that just for yourself?“.
She hesitated for a moment and said, “I didn’t order this.”
Matthias immediately caught on. “Trev–your husband ordered it?”
Celeste said, “He had it sent up.”
Matthias smirked. “At least he has a conscience.”
Celeste didn’t bother responding. She didn’t care to explain that he had only done it to put on a show for his grandmother.
Seeing that their scheduled meeting time was approaching, and feeling a bit too full, she finally set down her utensils.
She called for the staff to clean up the table, moved her laptop a little farther away, and shifted her focus to work. Once they got started, the meeting dragged on past ten in the evening. However, no one seemed ready to stop.
Celeste was deeply engrossed in discussing the next part of the project with the team when the door outside suddenly opened.
Trevor walked in.
The camera was angled in a way that captured the entrance. The moment Celeste realized, she quickly adjusted the camera away.

The readers' comments on the novel: The Breaking Point of Love (Celeste and Trevor)
Another saviour debt?? Seriously?...
I just need an effing glimpse to what goes around in Trevor's mind. Author - do something about it please There is not even a single mention about what Trevor really wants - interested in Celeste? If yes, then why there is no reaction on seeing people courting Celeste...
I love the story bt really death slow... Y cant you post 5 to 10 chapters per day????...
This reads like a daily diary account...and not a story with a planned plotline. Author, we would share if you took the time to start developing the story, rather than dragging it out with outlines. no depth, no character development, not even the overused tropes are present, just a daily itinerary. We want you to do well..but you have to put the work in making it a viable story...
The storyline is moving painfully slow.. Will we ever get to hear Trevor's side of story? Currently the mixed signals from Trevor are just confusing and frustrating. He is using Jordyn to postpone the divorce and side by side ignoring Wynn to the level that he didnt invite her to the Fleming group banquet. But when asked about clarifying divorce to Jordyn, he is not doing so. Awfully frustrating...
Team beck or Caleb. Trevor has wynn saved his contact as 'babe', kissing her in office and spending nights with her. How in initial chapters Trevor pushed jordyn towards wynn without caring about a mother's feelings. Now he is two timing, suddenly interested in Celeste after knowing background and leaving wynnn behind. Spineless man. He knows cels history with her father, still chose to support them. I don't how people are rooting for cel and Trevor. I wish truth comes out. Cel deserves someone who loves her with whole heart. She thrives in her field. Beck saw cel when she was not famous. But Caleb is good option too. I hope Celeste grows spine starts to demand explaination for dragging divorce....
Author - dont you think the story has been dragged as is? Now, you want to include the angle of Wynn being pregnant as well? God, i really want to know Trevor side of story, why is he playing both sides?...
Are they going to compromise for Jordyns sake? I'll be sad for Celeste if that happens. Why is author giving mixed signals in almost every alternate chapter? Initially Trevor and Wynn were always appearing together along with huge PDA, then Trevor seems involved with Celeste - when she was under alcohol influence, then Trevor seemed to be ignoring Wynn - all the while divorce proceedings are still on and now Jordyn is getting depressed because of their situation. Feels like we are just roaming around the bush or the author is making us do that. Sigh!!...
I don't understand where this story is headed to.. I can't seem to know what Trevor is thinking, in late 500 chapters, he was seen dodging the divorce, ignoring Wynn and now at 624, he is planning on how to tell Jordyn about the divorce. This is messed up!...
My fav novel post us more chap per day...
