Tucker raised his hand as if taking an oath.

“Today is CC’s first race since returning to the country. She’s the top female racer in the continent and my idol. I can’t miss it! I swear I’ll head back right after the race. So don’t worry about me and go home.”
“But “Celeste began, only to be interrupted by a chorus of excited voices ahead, shouting
“CC.”
“My idol is coming out?” Tucker exclaimed, completely forgetting about Celeste. He joined the crowd in cheering and raised his binoculars to focus on the starting line.
Celeste was taken aback by Tucker’s fanatical excitement. “Since when were you into racing?”
Though they weren’t exactly close, she knew he hadn’t shown any prior interest in racing
“I wasn’t into it before, but that’s because I hadn’t met CC! Do you have any idea how gorgeous and cool she is? You’ll get it when you see her, Celeste. I’m telling you, you’re going to fall for her too! She’s perfect. Everyone. loves her!!!
At that moment, CC made her entrance.
Tucker started screaming again and momentarily forgot about Celeste’s presence.
Celeste hadn’t had dinner yet.
Considering how passionate Tucker was about CC and the fact that the deafening noise made conversation impossible, she decided to watch the race with him and take him home afterward.
A while later, Tucker handed her the binoculars enthusiastically. “Celeste! Look, it’s her! Number 38, in the red racing suit! Isn’t she unbelievably sexy and wild?”
Though Celeste had no interest in racing, she couldn’t resist Tucker’s infectious excitement. She reluctantly took the binoculars but froze after a glance.
CC turned out to be Wynn.
She’d heard that Wynn dabbled in all sorts of extreme sports, but she had no idea Wynn raced professionally and garnered legions of devoted fans.
Wynn stood tall and poised in a red racing suit, her figure athletic and curvaceous. Her presence exuded confidence, and her mix of wild elegance and striking allure made it impossible to look away.
Celeste adjusted the binoculars and scanned the audience across from her. There she saw Trevor. He seemed equally mesmerized by Wynn, his eyes fixed intently on her,
Celeste’s grip on the binoculars tightened.
As the race was about to begin, Tucker impatiently reclaimed the binoculars. Meanwhile, Celeste continued to glance toward Trevor’s side.
Trevor wasn’t the only familiar face. Jordyn and Trevor’s close–knit circle of friends were also there, all undoubtedly gathered to cheer for Wynn.
The race began with a deafening roar as the cars sped past in a blur, prompting a wave of cheers and screams from the crowd.
Tucker shoved the binoculars back at Celeste.
“Look, Celeste! My idol is so bold yet precise. She’s super cool! Watch her!”

Celeste took the binoculars again and found Wynn. A moment later, Wynn executed a daring yet flawlessly calculated overtake on a sharp turn which left the audience awestruck.
Celeste, who had never paid much attention to racing, found herself captivated. She remained motionless for a long while.
Suddenly, she understood why Trevor was infatuated with Wynn. It made perfect sense.

I just need an effing glimpse to what goes around in Trevor's mind. Author - do something about it please There is not even a single mention about what Trevor really wants - interested in Celeste? If yes, then why there is no reaction on seeing people courting Celeste...
I love the story bt really death slow... Y cant you post 5 to 10 chapters per day????...
This reads like a daily diary account...and not a story with a planned plotline. Author, we would share if you took the time to start developing the story, rather than dragging it out with outlines. no depth, no character development, not even the overused tropes are present, just a daily itinerary. We want you to do well..but you have to put the work in making it a viable story...
The storyline is moving painfully slow.. Will we ever get to hear Trevor's side of story? Currently the mixed signals from Trevor are just confusing and frustrating. He is using Jordyn to postpone the divorce and side by side ignoring Wynn to the level that he didnt invite her to the Fleming group banquet. But when asked about clarifying divorce to Jordyn, he is not doing so. Awfully frustrating...
Team beck or Caleb. Trevor has wynn saved his contact as 'babe', kissing her in office and spending nights with her. How in initial chapters Trevor pushed jordyn towards wynn without caring about a mother's feelings. Now he is two timing, suddenly interested in Celeste after knowing background and leaving wynnn behind. Spineless man. He knows cels history with her father, still chose to support them. I don't how people are rooting for cel and Trevor. I wish truth comes out. Cel deserves someone who loves her with whole heart. She thrives in her field. Beck saw cel when she was not famous. But Caleb is good option too. I hope Celeste grows spine starts to demand explaination for dragging divorce....
Author - dont you think the story has been dragged as is? Now, you want to include the angle of Wynn being pregnant as well? God, i really want to know Trevor side of story, why is he playing both sides?...
Are they going to compromise for Jordyns sake? I'll be sad for Celeste if that happens. Why is author giving mixed signals in almost every alternate chapter? Initially Trevor and Wynn were always appearing together along with huge PDA, then Trevor seems involved with Celeste - when she was under alcohol influence, then Trevor seemed to be ignoring Wynn - all the while divorce proceedings are still on and now Jordyn is getting depressed because of their situation. Feels like we are just roaming around the bush or the author is making us do that. Sigh!!...
I don't understand where this story is headed to.. I can't seem to know what Trevor is thinking, in late 500 chapters, he was seen dodging the divorce, ignoring Wynn and now at 624, he is planning on how to tell Jordyn about the divorce. This is messed up!...
