Trevor then added, “How about bunch together? My treat”
Matthias had no interest in dining with him and replied, “ppreciate your offer, but I’m a bit tired today. I don’t feel like going out. I’ll just grab a simple meal at the cafetera You’re welcome to do as you please.”
Trevor smiled. “Eating at the cafeteria is certainly more convenient. If you don’t mind, how about we join you!
Matthias couldn’t say anything
So, just a few minutes later, they found themselves in Vodavision’s cafeteria
As the company’s boss–combined with the fact that both be and Trevor were strikingly handsome–their arrival instantly drew attention.
Celeste was already eating. And Kieran was sitting across from her.
They were deep in conversation, so she didn’t notice Matths‘ arrival.
It wasn’t until she heard someone greet him that she instinctively looked up–only to realize that not only was Matthias here, but Trevor had also come to the cafeteria.
Bearing the greeting, Kieran also looked over.
Matthias, Trevor, and Jacob all noticed Kieran and Celeste.
Seeing Celeste eating with Kieran, appearing rather close, Trevor remained completely unfazed.
Matthias, of course, also noticed Celeste. He gave her a look, silently telling her to focus on her meal–he would handle things on this end.
Celeste only nodded and averted her gaze.
From the moment Matthias decided to go through with this collaboration with Trevor, he had already planned to take full responsibility for it.

Thus, after getting their food, Matthias deliberately chose a table far away from Celeste.
Trevor made no comments about it.

This morning, Celeste had been cold toward Trevor, and now, even when seeing him again in the cafeteria, she showed no reaction whatsoever.
It seemed like she had truly moved on from him.
He also noticed that even though Celeste appeared to be close to Kieran, Trevor didn’t seem to care at all,
That didn’t surprise him.
After all, over the years, he had witnessed firsthand just how much Trevor despised Celeste–and how deeply he loved Wynn.

With that thought, he withdrew his gaze.
By the time Matthias and Trevor finished their meal, Celeste had already left the cafeteria.
That afternoon, Trevor had other matters to attend to and left YodaVision around 3:00 pm. However, their collaboration wasn’t finalized yet.
So, over the next few days, Trevor visited YodaVision several more times. Yet, aside from their brief encounter on the first day, he and Celeste never crossed paths again.
For those few days, it was as if they had no connection at all
If not for Matthias, who knew the truth, no one else would have ever guessed that they were actually married. After a few of Trevor’s visits, word had spread throughout VodaVision–Fleming Tech and YodaVision were officially working on a project together.
That day, as Celeste entered the meeting room, she overheard a female employee saying, “I just ran into that. Fleming Tech boss, Trevor, in the elevator. Oh my god, he’s so handsome!”

I feel like reading the novel from everyone else's perspective, but the main characters. There has never been a glimpse on Trevor's side of thoughts or intentions. He feels like a ghost in this whole storyline. Although i am glad that Mathias revealed the truth about Celeste, but it still feels empty without main character's thoughts or feelings or voices being shared....
