Trevor was focused intently on the stage and didn't notice Wynn's gaze.
She pressed her lips together and looked away.

When Celeste and Maxwell stepped down from the stage, they were greeted with another round of thunderous applause.
The invited company executives all immediately stood up to offer their congratulations to Maxwell and Celeste.
Matthias also went straight to Celeste.
It was easy to imagine the sensation Velotra's autonomous vehicle would cause both domestically and internationally.
Celeste's value would skyrocket once again.
As someone who had known her for years, Matthias was sincerely happy for her. As he approached her, he couldn't help but give her a hug and said, "Congratulations."
Celeste smiled. "Thank you, Senior." Her voice was soft, and no one around caught that "Senior".
All the business leaders present were in the tech industry and knew the value of talent. Right now, they were even more interested in Celeste than Maxwell.

They were all calculating quietly, but no one dared approach Celeste directly yet. This was, after all, Velotra's event—they had to respect Maxwell.

It was one thing for Matthias to be a genius, but to also have a girlfriend at his level? He really got it all.
Many of the CEOs present were quietly jealous.
After Matthias let go of Celeste, someone couldn't help but tease him, "Mr. Yoder, Ms. Rodriguez is so brilliant, but you've been keeping her hidden? That's just too much."
"Exactly," someone else chimed in.
Matthias raised an eyebrow. "Who's been hiding anything? You guys just don't have my eye for talent."
Of course, everyone's focus was on Celeste.
As this realization sank in, Trevor's voice pulled her out of her thoughts.
She turned to see Trevor glance at his watch and say, "Don't we have other plans later? It's about time—let's go."
Despite all she had just been thinking, her mind was, in truth, blank.
Hearing him say that, she got up and followed him to say their goodbyes to Maxwell.
Maxwell was still surrounded by people and standing beside Celeste and Matthias.
Seeing them approach, Maxwell politely greeted Trevor, "Mr. Fleming."
Trevor shook his hand. "Congratulations."
Maxwell smiled. "Likewise, likewise."
Trevor then turned to Celeste and added, "Congratulations."
Celeste remained calm. "Thank you."
Trevor then said to Maxwell, "We have another engagement and will take our leave. Mr. Joreau, everyone—let's catch up next time."
Maxwell and the others nodded in response.
However, as they politely said goodbye to Trevor, many of their eyes also drifted to Wynn.

I just need an effing glimpse to what goes around in Trevor's mind. Author - do something about it please There is not even a single mention about what Trevor really wants - interested in Celeste? If yes, then why there is no reaction on seeing people courting Celeste...
I love the story bt really death slow... Y cant you post 5 to 10 chapters per day????...
This reads like a daily diary account...and not a story with a planned plotline. Author, we would share if you took the time to start developing the story, rather than dragging it out with outlines. no depth, no character development, not even the overused tropes are present, just a daily itinerary. We want you to do well..but you have to put the work in making it a viable story...
The storyline is moving painfully slow.. Will we ever get to hear Trevor's side of story? Currently the mixed signals from Trevor are just confusing and frustrating. He is using Jordyn to postpone the divorce and side by side ignoring Wynn to the level that he didnt invite her to the Fleming group banquet. But when asked about clarifying divorce to Jordyn, he is not doing so. Awfully frustrating...
Team beck or Caleb. Trevor has wynn saved his contact as 'babe', kissing her in office and spending nights with her. How in initial chapters Trevor pushed jordyn towards wynn without caring about a mother's feelings. Now he is two timing, suddenly interested in Celeste after knowing background and leaving wynnn behind. Spineless man. He knows cels history with her father, still chose to support them. I don't how people are rooting for cel and Trevor. I wish truth comes out. Cel deserves someone who loves her with whole heart. She thrives in her field. Beck saw cel when she was not famous. But Caleb is good option too. I hope Celeste grows spine starts to demand explaination for dragging divorce....
Author - dont you think the story has been dragged as is? Now, you want to include the angle of Wynn being pregnant as well? God, i really want to know Trevor side of story, why is he playing both sides?...
Are they going to compromise for Jordyns sake? I'll be sad for Celeste if that happens. Why is author giving mixed signals in almost every alternate chapter? Initially Trevor and Wynn were always appearing together along with huge PDA, then Trevor seems involved with Celeste - when she was under alcohol influence, then Trevor seemed to be ignoring Wynn - all the while divorce proceedings are still on and now Jordyn is getting depressed because of their situation. Feels like we are just roaming around the bush or the author is making us do that. Sigh!!...
I don't understand where this story is headed to.. I can't seem to know what Trevor is thinking, in late 500 chapters, he was seen dodging the divorce, ignoring Wynn and now at 624, he is planning on how to tell Jordyn about the divorce. This is messed up!...
