Wynn and Jorge didn't ask about how Kieran and Caleb knew each other.
At that moment, Wynn said, "Since we've run into each other, why don't we have a meal together?"
As soon as she finished speaking, Jorge was just about to agree, but Kieran spoke first.
"No, I've got things to take care of. Maybe next time."
Right after Kieran spoke, Caleb also said, "I've got plans as well. It's not convenient—maybe next time."
Jorge had come with Caleb. He didn't expect Caleb to say that.
Hearing this, he hesitated for a moment and could only echo, "Yeah, next time then."
Wynn paid quite a bit of attention to Jorge. Noticing the change in his expression, she immediately realized that Caleb's excuse about having plans was just a cover.
Most likely, he simply didn't want to have a meal with her.
Thinking about that, she also realized that Caleb had always been rather indifferent toward her—not exactly cold, but certainly not warm either.
Realizing this, she gave a slightly awkward smile and said, "In that case, next time, then."
Caleb gave a polite nod, patted Jorge on the shoulder, and left first.
As for Kieran, he had already sat back down, picked up his phone, and stopped acknowledging Wynn altogether.
His rejection didn't come as a surprise to her.
But in the past, even when Kieran acted indifferent, he still couldn't help secretly glancing at her or paying attention.
Now, though…
"Your two younger cousins aren't seeing anyone yet—if there's someone suitable, keep an eye out for Janet and Linda."
Ruby quickly agreed, "Yes, exactly!"
Before Wynn could respond, Janet quietly said, "But both Mr. Gibson and Mr. Robinson are totally devoted to Wynn... Wouldn't it be kind of inappropriate to introduce them to us?"
Lennox shot her daughter a disappointed look and said, "What's the problem with that? Feelings can be cultivated.
"They may like Wynn now, but if she actively helps connect you with them, who's to say something couldn't develop? You won't know unless you try."
Janet fell silent.
Then Wynn finally spoke, "I don't have much contact with them at the moment, so I wouldn't dare presume to make any introductions."
"That's fine. If there's any banquet in the future that Mr. Gibson or Mr. Jennings are attending, just bring Janet or Linda along."

The readers' comments on the novel: The Breaking Point of Love (Celeste and Trevor)
Why am i reading this novel still? In what hope, seriously? To have Trevor regret his choices? To get some clarity or closure on so many gaps this novel offers? To have Shaws & Lockets ever face repercussions? To get clarity on Celeste's mother life? Because seriously, 720+ chapters gone by and from last 350 chapter - there has been no significant progress, the story has been playing around in loops. This is just sad...
No updates still😡😡😡😡😡😡...
Y u stopped in middle.. Pls my fav story... Pls do post...

Y no updates??? 😡😡...
No updates???...
Hello author, are u experiencing writer’s block and don’t know what to write and so u are dragging the story? Please we are loosing interest. It is more like a diary update. Why should always the evil win? It’s really sad to see Celeste being continuously provoked without her doing anything. Please add some new plot saying the accident and rescue are actually Wynn’s plans. Please make Trevor n Jordyn realise the worth of celeste even if they are not together. Please make Trevor apologise to Celeste for his neglect. Or if Trevor is plotting a revenge against Lockets n Spencers for their betrayal then atleast show that. Please do something before everyone loose interest n stop reading....
What a small chapters 😑😑😑...
...why is it still the same old loop? C'mon add something new please. I'd really hate to drop this book after following for so long...
