Wynn and her group left the campsite at noon that day. Celeste and Matthias left a little later in the afternoon.
After the camping trip, on Monday, Celeste officially returned to work.
Since Trevor had gone abroad for a business trip, Jordyn came over to the Rodriguez residence the day after Celeste's trip ended.
After a busy week, on the following Tuesday afternoon, Celeste received a call from Jordyn.
She said Trevor was back, and she'd be going home that night instead of staying with Celeste.
Celeste said, "Okay, got it."
After hanging up, she sat for a moment. The mandatory waiting period for her and Trevor's divorce had already ended last week.
Now that he was back from his business trip, it was about time to get the divorce.
She glanced at her phone, but there was no message from Trevor.
Thinking he was probably busy, she put the phone down and went back to work.
Later, she checked her phone two or three more times, but even after she finished working—past nine at night—there was still no message from him.
She stared at her phone for a while, then typed and sent him a message. "I'm free tomorrow."
But even by the time she went to bed, there was no reply.
It wasn't until the next morning, as she was getting ready for work, that a message finally came through.
"Sorry, I don't have time today."
Celeste looked at it and picked up her phone to reply when another message popped up.
"I'll contact you when I'm free."
Celeste paused for a moment before replying.
"As soon as possible."
"Ms. Locket, you're too kind."
Because Trevor valued Wynn highly, the Fleming Group executives were always polite to her, never daring to be casual.
The Lockets and the Shaws went into their private room first, under the polite gaze of those from the Fleming Group.
Once inside, as soon as they sat down, Linda immediately asked, "Wynn, since Trev's busy today, does that mean he still hasn't set a time to divorce that bitch yet?"
Just like last time, they'd been counting down to the end of the divorce mandatory waiting period.
But when it finally ended last week, Trevor happened to be away on business.
Now that he was back, they thought he'd handle the divorce right away.
But when they asked last night, Wynn told them he was still busy and it might take a few more days.
That answer disappointed them, but there was nothing they could do except wait.

The readers' comments on the novel: The Breaking Point of Love (Celeste and Trevor)
I'm so excited for tomorrow! I wonder what happened to Jo... What is the story behind that court summons?...
A court summons? Oh my God, what happened?...
Here we go again…drip-drop. One page a day instead of the promised 5 Chapters and even that stops suddenly so we never know if the story will advance. I swear this author is writing the new page on their lunch break and laughing at us when we get frustrated....
I feel like reading the novel from everyone else's perspective, but the main characters. There has never been a glimpse on Trevor's side of thoughts or intentions. He feels like a ghost in this whole storyline. Although i am glad that Mathias revealed the truth about Celeste, but it still feels empty without main character's thoughts or feelings or voices being shared....
Wynn's reputation is over. I read all these chapters for this moment... I'm really glad that Matthias finally said everything at once. All thanks to the fool Quinton...
So we're going to keep going in circles atp, nothing was revealed that we didn't already know,I mean I would've at least liked to see Trevor's reaction to finding out his wife is the co-owner and coder to CUAP,find out who drugged them.Whats happening with the military blacksite, how come Celeste is so quiet she never stands up for herself. All we're getting is reaction's from side character's who don't matter...
Yes.. I'm looking forward to the upcoming chapters......
I don't really understand the writer. Why are Trevor and Celeste silent now? Isn't it about them?...
Who the helly is georgette 😆...
Alas..the truth that has been buried since…is prevailing....
