That night, Jordyn stayed at the Rodriguez residence.
But she only stayed one night. By the next evening, Trevor had already sent someone to pick her up.
Because Celeste's collaboration with Fleming Group was reaching a new breakthrough, she arrived at Fleming Group early the next morning.
At noon, when she went out to lunch with Jericho Doyle, another executive of the Fleming Group, Lazarus, and a few others, they happened to run into Wynn in the lobby.
Seeing Wynn, Lazarus and the others immediately greeted her politely, just like before. "Ms. Locket."
Wynn nodded slightly. "Heading out for lunch?"
"Yes." Lazarus smiled, and since Wynn could technically be considered a future wife of Fleming Group's CEO, he assumed she'd at least exchange a few polite words with Celeste—so he waited quietly.
But to his surprise, Wynn acted as if she didn't even see Celeste. She simply smiled at the others and said, "Alright, I'll let you all get to it. Let's have lunch together another time."
Lazarus froze for a second. So did the other Fleming Group staff.
For a moment, none of them was sure if Wynn had failed to recognize Celeste, or if she was pretending not to.
But as far as they remembered, Celeste and Wynn had definitely met before. They'd even heard that InnovaTech and YodaVision had collaborated in the past. So, how could Wynn possibly not know her?
Still, they soon noticed something else—Celeste hadn't greeted Wynn either.
It was as if she didn't know that Wynn was Trevor's girlfriend, or the current boss of InnovaTech.
Wynn truly didn't look at her. She acted as if Celeste didn't exist—gave the others a polite nod, then turned and walked away.
Celeste had no desire to look at Wynn either, but with her standing right there, it was impossible to completely ignore her.
So, even though Wynn treated her like thin air, Celeste could still catch the faint contempt and disdain in her expression—as if she wasn't even worth noticing.
After Wynn left, Lazarus finally sensed something off.
If the two women truly didn't know each other, then with how much respect he and the others at Fleming Group showed Celeste, Wynn should've at least asked who she was.
But she hadn't.
When Trevor saw them, a hint of surprise flickered in his eyes.
Wynn, however, was as cold as before. After glancing briefly at Celeste, she looked away.
Lazarus was the first to speak. "Mr. Fleming, Ms. Locket."
Both nodded in response.
Then Trevor turned to Celeste.
She lowered her eyes, didn't look at him, and said nothing.
He looked at her for a moment, then asked, "You'll be coming to Fleming Group these next few days as well?"
Feeling his gaze on her, Celeste knew he was talking to her.
She finally replied with a calm hum.

The readers' comments on the novel: The Breaking Point of Love (Celeste and Trevor)
I feel like reading the novel from everyone else's perspective, but the main characters. There has never been a glimpse on Trevor's side of thoughts or intentions. He feels like a ghost in this whole storyline. Although i am glad that Mathias revealed the truth about Celeste, but it still feels empty without main character's thoughts or feelings or voices being shared....
Wynn's reputation is over. I read all these chapters for this moment... I'm really glad that Matthias finally said everything at once. All thanks to the fool Quinton...
So we're going to keep going in circles atp, nothing was revealed that we didn't already know,I mean I would've at least liked to see Trevor's reaction to finding out his wife is the co-owner and coder to CUAP,find out who drugged them.Whats happening with the military blacksite, how come Celeste is so quiet she never stands up for herself. All we're getting is reaction's from side character's who don't matter...
Yes.. I'm looking forward to the upcoming chapters......
I don't really understand the writer. Why are Trevor and Celeste silent now? Isn't it about them?...
Who the helly is georgette 😆...
Alas..the truth that has been buried since…is prevailing....
I just love how tables have turned....
About time… now where’s Trevor, Harvey’s and the others public shame???...
After this moment, the day of the downfall of the Shaw and Lockett families began....
