The Breaking Point of Love (Celeste and Trevor) novel Chapter 594
After learning that Celeste wanted to sue for divorce, Betty was in favor of it.
After finishing her conversation with her grandmother, Celeste turned and went upstairs. Just as she was about to call Jason to discuss the divorce lawsuit, she received a message from Trevor.
"I didn't make it back in time. That's my fault. Sorry."
Celeste looked at it and didn't reply.
Right after that, Trevor sent a second message.
"Can you not sue for divorce? If you can agree to this request, I can give you 30 billion dollars as compensation."
Celeste still didn't reply.
She actually knew why Trevor didn't want her to sue for divorce.
If she filed a lawsuit and the news leaked, Wynn's identity as a mistress would be exposed. If someone deliberately stirred things up, it wouldn't just affect Trevor's career; even his father's political future would be impacted.
If it really came to that, for the sake of the Fleming family's future, Martha and Queenie would probably both come to her over this matter...
And after all, the Fleming family had shown kindness to the Rodriguez family.
Celeste sat there, thinking about all this, unmoving for a long time.
Just then, Jordyn ran in, threw herself into her arms, and asked, "Mom, what are you doing?"
Celeste came back to her senses, shook her head, and said, "It's getting late. Go take a shower. After that, go to bed early."
"Okay!"
Jordyn happily ran off to get her pajamas and prepare for her shower.
Looking at Jordyn's carefree, cheerful smile, Celeste fell into a brief daze again.
After Jordyn finished showering and after Celeste dried her hair, Jordyn curled up against her and fell fast asleep.
Staring at the sleeping child, Celeste pondered for a moment before finally replying to Trevor.
The next day, after learning that she and Trevor still hadn't managed to finalize the divorce, he asked, "Then what are you going to do now? Why not just sue for divorce directly?"
Celeste said, "That was my plan too, but..."
She then told him about how Trevor had contacted her the previous night and proactively offered her 30 billion dollars in compensation.
Matthias spat out the water in his mouth. "30 billion?"
Celeste hummed.
For a moment, Matthias didn't know whether to be angry or amused.
That was exactly what Celeste had thought the night before, which was why she agreed.

This reads like a daily diary account...and not a story with a planned plotline. Author, we would share if you took the time to start developing the story, rather than dragging it out with outlines. no depth, no character development, not even the overused tropes are present, just a daily itinerary. We want you to do well..but you have to put the work in making it a viable story...
The storyline is moving painfully slow.. Will we ever get to hear Trevor's side of story? Currently the mixed signals from Trevor are just confusing and frustrating. He is using Jordyn to postpone the divorce and side by side ignoring Wynn to the level that he didnt invite her to the Fleming group banquet. But when asked about clarifying divorce to Jordyn, he is not doing so. Awfully frustrating...
Team beck or Caleb. Trevor has wynn saved his contact as 'babe', kissing her in office and spending nights with her. How in initial chapters Trevor pushed jordyn towards wynn without caring about a mother's feelings. Now he is two timing, suddenly interested in Celeste after knowing background and leaving wynnn behind. Spineless man. He knows cels history with her father, still chose to support them. I don't how people are rooting for cel and Trevor. I wish truth comes out. Cel deserves someone who loves her with whole heart. She thrives in her field. Beck saw cel when she was not famous. But Caleb is good option too. I hope Celeste grows spine starts to demand explaination for dragging divorce....
Author - dont you think the story has been dragged as is? Now, you want to include the angle of Wynn being pregnant as well? God, i really want to know Trevor side of story, why is he playing both sides?...
Are they going to compromise for Jordyns sake? I'll be sad for Celeste if that happens. Why is author giving mixed signals in almost every alternate chapter? Initially Trevor and Wynn were always appearing together along with huge PDA, then Trevor seems involved with Celeste - when she was under alcohol influence, then Trevor seemed to be ignoring Wynn - all the while divorce proceedings are still on and now Jordyn is getting depressed because of their situation. Feels like we are just roaming around the bush or the author is making us do that. Sigh!!...
I don't understand where this story is headed to.. I can't seem to know what Trevor is thinking, in late 500 chapters, he was seen dodging the divorce, ignoring Wynn and now at 624, he is planning on how to tell Jordyn about the divorce. This is messed up!...
