The Breaking Point of Love (Celeste and Trevor) novel Chapter 634

Celeste and Trevor walked out, side by side. When they reached her car, Trevor spoke first. "Do you have time Monday morning?"

Celeste was just about to say yes when he continued, "Jo's school is holding a parents' meeting. The school requires both parents to attend."

Celeste paused for a moment. "Alright."

After that, she added, "I can also take leave in the afternoon."

"I have to go to Havenport at one in the afternoon."

Celeste frowned. "Can't you change the time?"

Trevor replied, "Sorry."

Celeste pressed her lips together and didn't say anything. She turned around and got into the car.

Trevor looked at her. "Drive safe."

Before he could finish, Celeste shut the car door with a sharp bang, then stepped on the accelerator and drove off.

Trevor watched as her car disappeared from view. The corners of his lips curved into a faint smile, and he turned back into the house.

It was already quite late. Martha had gone back to her room to rest, but Queenie and Teagan were still in the living room.

After Trevor nodded to them in greeting, he said he needed to return a call and went upstairs.

Queenie watched his retreating figure, as if she wanted to call out to him, but in the end, she said nothing.

Teagan asked, "What's wrong?"

Queenie shook her head and didn't answer.

If Trevor were divorcing Celeste in order to marry Wynn, she would rather he not divorce at all.

After all, compared to Wynn, Celeste came from a respectable, clean family background. Although she had used some unsavory means in the past to be with Trevor, in comparison, Queenie disliked Wynn even more.

But she also knew that even if she tried to persuade him, Trevor wouldn't listen.

Whatever he wanted to do now, no one in the family, including her husband, Lincoln, could stop him.

Seeing the way her mother was frowning, Teagan understood what she was worried about.
