After saying that, Matthias asked Celeste, "What about you? Haven't you been seeing Trevor quite often lately? Heard anything about this?"
Celeste shook her head. "No."
Although she and Trevor met frequently, they barely spoke beyond work matters.

Not far away, Linda watched as Celeste was flattered and fawned over, growing increasingly irritated.
She lowered her voice and asked, "Weren't we supposed to get her and Matthias firmly together? When are we making a move?"
Ruby replied, "Your grandmother and the others said today isn't the right time or setting. We'll wait for the next opportunity."
She, too, was as anxious as the others, but she also knew that no matter how urgent it felt, things had to be done carefully without leaving a single trace.

Over the next few days, she met Trevor twice more, but both times were strictly for business.
After seeing how professionally distant they were during collaborations, Kieran had almost forgotten that there were personal grievances between them. Likewise, aside from work discussions, he and Trevor never exchanged a single word about personal matters.
In the blink of an eye, it was March 8th.
Celeste had been busy with work lately, so she woke up a little later than usual that day.
As soon as she came downstairs, her aunt, Adeline, greeted her with a smile. "Cel, you're up. Someone sent you flowers. They're all placed on the coffee table. Go take a look."

This reads like a daily diary account...and not a story with a planned plotline. Author, we would share if you took the time to start developing the story, rather than dragging it out with outlines. no depth, no character development, not even the overused tropes are present, just a daily itinerary. We want you to do well..but you have to put the work in making it a viable story...
The storyline is moving painfully slow.. Will we ever get to hear Trevor's side of story? Currently the mixed signals from Trevor are just confusing and frustrating. He is using Jordyn to postpone the divorce and side by side ignoring Wynn to the level that he didnt invite her to the Fleming group banquet. But when asked about clarifying divorce to Jordyn, he is not doing so. Awfully frustrating...
Team beck or Caleb. Trevor has wynn saved his contact as 'babe', kissing her in office and spending nights with her. How in initial chapters Trevor pushed jordyn towards wynn without caring about a mother's feelings. Now he is two timing, suddenly interested in Celeste after knowing background and leaving wynnn behind. Spineless man. He knows cels history with her father, still chose to support them. I don't how people are rooting for cel and Trevor. I wish truth comes out. Cel deserves someone who loves her with whole heart. She thrives in her field. Beck saw cel when she was not famous. But Caleb is good option too. I hope Celeste grows spine starts to demand explaination for dragging divorce....
Author - dont you think the story has been dragged as is? Now, you want to include the angle of Wynn being pregnant as well? God, i really want to know Trevor side of story, why is he playing both sides?...
Are they going to compromise for Jordyns sake? I'll be sad for Celeste if that happens. Why is author giving mixed signals in almost every alternate chapter? Initially Trevor and Wynn were always appearing together along with huge PDA, then Trevor seems involved with Celeste - when she was under alcohol influence, then Trevor seemed to be ignoring Wynn - all the while divorce proceedings are still on and now Jordyn is getting depressed because of their situation. Feels like we are just roaming around the bush or the author is making us do that. Sigh!!...
I don't understand where this story is headed to.. I can't seem to know what Trevor is thinking, in late 500 chapters, he was seen dodging the divorce, ignoring Wynn and now at 624, he is planning on how to tell Jordyn about the divorce. This is messed up!...
