Beck and Jorge were also attending the technology conference. However, they arrived later than Celeste and the others.
Unlike Nathan's group, when Beck entered the venue, the first people he noticed were Celeste and Matthias.

So, he went over to greet Celeste and Matthias first.
When they saw him approach, they politely greeted Beck.
Beck had originally wanted to talk to Celeste, but seeing that she and Matthias seemed to be discussing something with others, he did not want to disturb them further.
After greeting a few more acquaintances, he went to look for Trevor.
Trevor was also discussing technology and cooperation with others. When he saw Beck, he smiled and said, "You're here."
Beck hummed a response.
Wynn had a calm expression and said nothing.
Perhaps Trevor was too focused on his conversation and didn't notice, but she saw that Beck had immediately gone to look for Celeste the moment he arrived.
It could be said that in Beck's eyes and mind, he only saw and thought about Celeste.
Jorge also saw Celeste and Matthias, but he did not go over to greet them. Instead, he looked for Wynn's figure.
After seeing Wynn, he walked straight toward her.
However, before he could say much to Wynn, he was surrounded by people who wanted to discuss matters with him.
Inside the venue, Celeste and Matthias were both very busy. So were Trevor and Jorge.
Wynn seemed somewhat of an exception compared to them.
He cut Wynn off by saying, "Sorry, Ms. Locket. I have something to discuss with Ms. Rodriguez, so please excuse me."
Wynn immediately froze. The smile on her face stiffened for a moment, but she quickly regained a composed expression.
"Alright, please go ahead then. We can talk another time when you're available."
"Of course."
Although he said that, Rodney's attitude seemed perfunctory. He quickly left after that as he seemed extremely eager to speak with Celeste.
Wynn slowly clenched her hand into a fist and pressed her lips together, her gaze instinctively drifted toward Celeste.
Unlike where she stood, which was rather quiet, Celeste's side was crowded with people.
When Rodney went over, the first person he saw and greeted was Celeste, not Matthias. Right after greeting her, he eagerly began discussing things with her.

Somehow i am relieved today to see no updates than to be disappointed with yet another irritating show of everyone else's POV but the main characters...
I know everyone will not agree with me and I also know that Trevor is a trash and all but I want Trevor and Celeste to get back together. They should be the end game and for that to happen Trevor should start working hard for that second chance....
So we're going to go on for another 15 chapter's about jordan's temper tantrum with neither of the parents asking her what's wrong..stop milking it. The only reason i'm still reading is because i cant leave a book unfinished. What I'm pissed about is the book started with promise and turned into a circus....
The story should just come to an end and the writer should give their reader the closure they deserve. There's no point in keeping the story going. It's been the same since the start. Not has changed. The initial story plot was, that Celeste and Trevor are getting devorce and still after 800 + chapter, they are still heading for a devorce....
Don’t Shaws and Lockets reflect ever on themselves? Every difficult situation, they look forward to Wynn to ask for Trevor to help. Initially the focus of the novel was on how Wynn is so accomplished blah blah and now - she is just a useless person, incapable of anything. Irritating storyline...
I'm starting to get bored and I can't predict exactly where the story is headed....
Beck being the only actual adult to ask a child what’s wrong...
