Caleb looked toward Celeste in the distance. "They will."
In truth, he's wondered about that possibility himself. After all, it had been more than six months since he'd learned that Celeste and her husband had begun divorce proceedings.
More importantly, whether it was him, Kieran, or Beck, Celeste's attitude toward all of them was the same. She kept her distance whenever possible and never seemed willing to open her heart or accept any of them.
That alone suggested she still had feelings for the husband she was divorcing, that she hadn't fully moved on from that marriage.
So, he thought it was entirely possible if Celeste suddenly decided not to divorce after all.
He had specifically asked Matthias about it before. And his answer had been unequivocal.
The divorce would happen.
The only reason it had dragged on for so long was that one thing after another kept getting in the way. But throughout the process, both Celeste and her husband had remained firm in their determination to end the marriage.
Caleb sounded so certain that neither Jorge nor Xavier was completely convinced.
The two exchanged glances.
After clearing his throat, Xavier couldn't help saying, "Uh, Caleb, is it possible you've actually been played?"
The way he saw it, all this talk about the divorce being delayed might just be an excuse. Maybe she and her husband were perfectly fine, and saying she was getting divorced was simply a way to keep him hanging.
Seeing the expression on their faces, Caleb could practically guess what they were thinking. He smiled faintly as he said, "You're overthinking it. She's not that kind of person."
Before Xavier could argue further, Caleb turned slightly and focused his gaze on Celeste again.
"She's been rejecting me from the very beginning. She's never once given me hope. As of now, this is still completely one-sided on my part. Loving her is entirely my own wishful thinking."

The readers' comments on the novel: The Breaking Point of Love (Celeste and Trevor)
I think there wont be a closure anytime soon, with the speed with which the story is flowing. New characters are being introduced, sides and opinions are being formed blindly - yet no one is ever discussing anything with each other. This is by far the most frustrating novel i have read and yet, come back for an update in a hope that there may be something in reader's favor now. Sigh! There is nothing. If author doesn't want to take Celeste Trevor route, then let Celeste move on like Trevor has. Enough with this beating around the bush....
Y cant you give more chapters.... Really disappointed.. My fav novel produce only one chap per dayππππππππ...
I can't even believe there are almost 800 chapters and absolutely no story line advances. Basically Trevor is absolute trash and deserves to be mocked and scorned because of his cheating nature, bringing his mistress around like he's single and flaunting the billions he spends on her as if he is not already married for 7 years. Celeste deserves everyone to know her story and be free of this loser....
Very slow in updating chaptersπ.... Tat too only one... It vil be useful if updates have 5 chap a day or atleast 3 per day...
I am getting frustrated with story, what is the point in dragging this on? How come Celeste is always portrayed as the villain when she hasnβt done anything wrong? Get on with outing Wynn, Iβm sick of her!...
πππππeagerly waiting fr next chapters...
Y only one chapter per dayπ€₯ vry sad...
Why am i reading this novel still? In what hope, seriously? To have Trevor regret his choices? To get some clarity or closure on so many gaps this novel offers? To have Shaws & Lockets ever face repercussions? To get clarity on Celeste's mother life? Because seriously, 720+ chapters gone by and from last 350 chapter - there has been no significant progress, the story has been playing around in loops. This is just sad...
No updates stillπ‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘...
Y u stopped in middle.. Pls my fav story... Pls do post...
