By the next morning, Wynn still hadn't received a single response from Trevor.
During breakfast, when Erin saw Wynn carrying her handbag and seemingly getting ready to go out, she asked, "Wynn, where are you going?"
Everyone looked over.
"To the company."
"Oh. That's good."
As the current CEO of InnovaTech, there was nothing wrong with Wynn paying more attention to the company. It was just that they hoped Wynn would go find Trevor.
After all, even though InnovaTech was certainly worth quite a bit of money, it was nothing compared to Trevor.
But they also knew that Wynn must have had her reasons for not looking for Trevor immediately. They didn't want to pressure her too much.
"Ms. Wynn, you have more than a dozen packages that have been sitting unopened for several days. If you don't open them soon, you might miss the return period..."
"I know. I'll open them when I get back." Wynn's voice was calm.
After breakfast, Wynn sat down and began opening her packages with a blank expression.
She'd bought quite a lot of things, but she couldn't remember what she'd been feeling when she'd placed the orders anymore. She had almost completely forgotten what she'd bought, too.
However, after opening a few packages, she suddenly came across one containing documents. The moment she saw it, she stiffened, and her heart sank.
After hesitating for a moment, she opened it and glanced at the contents. She was completely stunned.
Noticing that something was off with her expression, Lilian looked over. "Wynn? What's wrong?"
Wynn didn't say anything. She simply handed her the documents.
Linda was the first to look over. The moment she saw what was written on them, her face changed. "A-A court ruling?"

They had been utterly shocked.

At that time, they genuinely hadn't thought much of it. They hadn't been able to see the undercurrents between the three of them at all.
Now that Wynn was back at the company, most of the employees were still polite and respectful toward her on the surface.
When Albert saw her, he briefed her on some of the company's affairs.

Wynn understood what he was getting at. It wasn't that she didn't want to deal with the problems.
The company's accounts barely had any money left in them to begin with. She simply couldn't come up with that much money right now. Besides…

The readers' comments on the novel: The Breaking Point of Love (Celeste and Trevor)
Somehow i am relieved today to see no updates than to be disappointed with yet another irritating show of everyone else's POV but the main characters...
I know everyone will not agree with me and I also know that Trevor is a trash and all but I want Trevor and Celeste to get back together. They should be the end game and for that to happen Trevor should start working hard for that second chance....
So we're going to go on for another 15 chapter's about jordan's temper tantrum with neither of the parents asking her what's wrong..stop milking it. The only reason i'm still reading is because i cant leave a book unfinished. What I'm pissed about is the book started with promise and turned into a circus....
The story should just come to an end and the writer should give their reader the closure they deserve. There's no point in keeping the story going. It's been the same since the start. Not has changed. The initial story plot was, that Celeste and Trevor are getting devorce and still after 800 + chapter, they are still heading for a devorce....
Don’t Shaws and Lockets reflect ever on themselves? Every difficult situation, they look forward to Wynn to ask for Trevor to help. Initially the focus of the novel was on how Wynn is so accomplished blah blah and now - she is just a useless person, incapable of anything. Irritating storyline...
I'm starting to get bored and I can't predict exactly where the story is headed....
Beck being the only actual adult to ask a child what’s wrong...
Can we get to the point its stagnant and I am unimpressed,I don't care about the company being in trouble nor the inner thoughts of others. Come on now....
Its a good thing both jordan parents are loaded. They going to spend a lot for Jordan therapy. 😂...
Wynn has no shame. And keeping the staff well beyond their work hours is an a-hole move....
