Chapter 99
As the staff headed toward the elevator, he bumped into Trevor and the gang in the hallway. Miles asked, “This
meal…”
The staff immediately responded, “The missus ordered it.”
Obviously, he was talking about Celeste.
Trevor and his gang didn’t put the staff in a difficult position. Instead, they let him go back to his work. After the staff said, Miles chuckled and said, “It looks like we won’t have to invite Celeste to lunch.”
Trevor responded nonchalantly, “We should ask her to join us.”
Wynn was immediately dumbfounded when she heard what he said. She pursed her lips and looked at him. Beck and Miles were taken aback as well.
Miles chuckled. “I guess you’re right. Mrs. Fleming Senior explicitly told you to look after Celeste. There will be hell to pay if she finds out we excluded Celeste from our lunch.”
After all, the hot spring retreat belonged to the Fleming family. Martha probably had arranged for her own men to be here, monitoring everything. Anything Trevor and the gang did would be made known to her.
Wynn regained her composure when she heard Miles‘ explanation. She had assumed that Trevor actually developed feelings for Celeste after Martha’s efforts. Judging by what Miles said, it would seem that she was simply overthinking.
Beck also turned his gaze away once he heard what Miles said.
At that moment, Jordyn was back. Trevor rubbed her head and said, “Go upstairs and ask your mom to come down for lunch.”
Jordyn was also taken aback by what he said. She asked hesitantly, “Is Mom going to join us for lunch?”
“Yeah.”
Jordyn’s jaw dropped. She frowned and looked at Wynn. She didn’t want her mom to join them for lunch. Celeşte would surely pick on Wynn if she was there, and she would make everyone unhappy.
Wynn grinned and said warmly, “Run along now.”
Jordyn hesitated for a moment before she went upstairs.
When Jordyn rang the doorbell, Celeste was already eating her food. She looked at the footage through the television and put her meal away once she saw that it was Jordyn. She got up and opened the door. “Need anything, Jo?”
Jordyn bit her lips before she raised her head and looked at Celeste. “Hi, Mom. Dad sent me here. He wants you to come downstairs and have lunch with us.”
Celeste turned down the offer. “I’m already having my lunch in here. Go ahead and enjoy yours without me.”
Jordyn let out a sigh of relief and responded, “Okay. T–That’s what I’m going to tell Dad, alright?”
Celeste knew Jordyn didn’t want her to have lunch with them. She noticed the look on the little girl’s face and said nonchalantly, “Sure. Bye.”
Jordyn giggled and said, “Bye!”
She turned around and left as she spoke. However, she had merely taken two steps before she felt a little guilty.”

Chapter 99
Are you sure you’ll be fine by yourself, Mom? H–How about I stay back and keep you company?”
There were a lot of people down there, and it was very merry and lively. It would be bad if she left Celeste here all by herself.
However, Jordyn sounded a little reluctant when she made the offer. Clearly, she preferred to have lunch with Trevor, Wynn, and the others.
Celeste didn’t want to make Jordyn stay. After all, she didn’t need such a reluctant company. She bent down and said warmly, “It’s okay. I love being alone. Go ahead and join them, Jo.”
Jordyn immediately felt easier when she heard what Celeste said. She nodded. “Alright. I’m leaving now.”
Celeste said, “Go.”
At the next moment, Jordyn sprinted out of there.
Celeste watched Jordyn’s retreating figure before she closed the door and continued having lunch alone.

The readers' comments on the novel: The Breaking Point of Love (Celeste and Trevor)
Another saviour debt?? Seriously?...
I just need an effing glimpse to what goes around in Trevor's mind. Author - do something about it please There is not even a single mention about what Trevor really wants - interested in Celeste? If yes, then why there is no reaction on seeing people courting Celeste...
I love the story bt really death slow... Y cant you post 5 to 10 chapters per day????...
This reads like a daily diary account...and not a story with a planned plotline. Author, we would share if you took the time to start developing the story, rather than dragging it out with outlines. no depth, no character development, not even the overused tropes are present, just a daily itinerary. We want you to do well..but you have to put the work in making it a viable story...
The storyline is moving painfully slow.. Will we ever get to hear Trevor's side of story? Currently the mixed signals from Trevor are just confusing and frustrating. He is using Jordyn to postpone the divorce and side by side ignoring Wynn to the level that he didnt invite her to the Fleming group banquet. But when asked about clarifying divorce to Jordyn, he is not doing so. Awfully frustrating...
Team beck or Caleb. Trevor has wynn saved his contact as 'babe', kissing her in office and spending nights with her. How in initial chapters Trevor pushed jordyn towards wynn without caring about a mother's feelings. Now he is two timing, suddenly interested in Celeste after knowing background and leaving wynnn behind. Spineless man. He knows cels history with her father, still chose to support them. I don't how people are rooting for cel and Trevor. I wish truth comes out. Cel deserves someone who loves her with whole heart. She thrives in her field. Beck saw cel when she was not famous. But Caleb is good option too. I hope Celeste grows spine starts to demand explaination for dragging divorce....
Author - dont you think the story has been dragged as is? Now, you want to include the angle of Wynn being pregnant as well? God, i really want to know Trevor side of story, why is he playing both sides?...
Are they going to compromise for Jordyns sake? I'll be sad for Celeste if that happens. Why is author giving mixed signals in almost every alternate chapter? Initially Trevor and Wynn were always appearing together along with huge PDA, then Trevor seems involved with Celeste - when she was under alcohol influence, then Trevor seemed to be ignoring Wynn - all the while divorce proceedings are still on and now Jordyn is getting depressed because of their situation. Feels like we are just roaming around the bush or the author is making us do that. Sigh!!...
I don't understand where this story is headed to.. I can't seem to know what Trevor is thinking, in late 500 chapters, he was seen dodging the divorce, ignoring Wynn and now at 624, he is planning on how to tell Jordyn about the divorce. This is messed up!...
My fav novel post us more chap per day...
