Hogan nodded. Seeing Rebecca's refusal to compromise, he gave a subtle signal to the men behind him.
They immediately surged forward, attempting to break through the line of bodyguards from Sunset Villa Estates.
The villa's security team stood their ground, and a brawl erupted at the gate.
Suddenly, the sound of approaching cars cut through the chaos.
Everyone turned to see a convoy of black sedans speeding toward them, coming to a halt in front of the villa.
The car door opened, and Dylan stepped out.
He ordered his men to join the fray, and they quickly subdued Hogan’s group.
Dylan walked over to Rebecca, his voice laced with concern. “Are you okay?”
Rebecca shook her head, then looked at him in confusion. “What are you doing here?”
Dylan replied, “I heard someone was giving you trouble, so I came to see.”
Rebecca wondered if someone at the villa had told him. There were still some of the old staff around; it wouldn’t be surprising if Dylan had an informant.
Dylan’s gaze swept across the crowd, and when his eyes landed on Hogan and his family, they turned icy.
“So they’re the ones bullying you?”
His voice was as sharp as broken glass, and his eyes held a piercing intensity that was genuinely frightening.
Hogan looked at Dylan, confused. “Mr. Austin, what brings you here?”
Dylan’s eyes narrowed.
“I should be asking you that.”
Dylan strode toward them, his powerful presence causing Hogan and his family to instinctively take a step back.
“You have some nerve, coming here to cause a scene.”
