Everyone was astonished as they whispered to each other. Fredrick was on the floor, unable to move his body.
Some of his bodyguards immediately rushed forward and started nudging him. “Sir… Sir…” But he wasn’t responding.
“We have to get him to the hospital!” Three of them had to carry him up as they dragged him out and made their way to the hospital.
“What just happened? Who is this man? Is he a boxer too?”
Julia was shocked as hell, but she immediately rushed to Marcus and checked his eyes. “Are you okay? Are you hurt?”
Marcus wiped his face and scoffed, “No, not much. I just have to clean my face. Let me go to the washroom.” He wanted to clean the blood off his face.
Ms. Leah doubled-crossed him. “What the heck did you just do! Do you know the gravity of what you’ve
done? You knocked Fredrick down!”
“How is that an issue? We had a proper spar and he lost,” Marcus said simply.
“And you’re proud? I get that maybe you’re some secret boxer or something, but this is Fredrick we’re talking about. He’s connected and will screw you up,” Ms. Leah shouted.
“Well, I’ll take care of them too,” he stated simply again.
“Ughh, nothing must happen to my daughter because of this… You might not know right now how big this issue is, but I repeat: nothing must happen to my daughter!” she screamed.
“Sure,” he said and just left.
Ms. Leah then turned to Julia. “Look, we have to leave here right now. We don’t know when Fredrick will come back.”
“Mom! I am not leaving. And you caused all this! You pushed me to that demon and pervert. Marcus taught him some lesson. I’m not leaving anywhere because of him!” she screamed back.
Meanwhile, inside the washroom, Marcus faced the mirror and sighed. He looked at the bracelet in his hand and was surprised by how much power it gave him.
He had just put Fredrick down like it was nothing. He washed his face and wiped his clothes neatly, then walked out. He was about to reach the main hall when he collided with Jessica, who had just arrived at the party. She was pressed and wanted to ease herself.
She was shocked to see Marcus there. Her mom had clearly told her that this party was for people with

30 million dollars in assets – which he clearly didn’t have.
“Hey, what the fuck are you doing here?!”
Marcus just wanted to ignore her. He didn’t want another commotion, but Jessica spread her hands.” Did you sneak in?!”
Marcus stated, “I don’t have to report to you. Stop being sadistic.”
“Well, this party is for people with 30 million dollars in assets. Besides, you’re here as a waiter. There’s
no way you can enter!”
“Think whatever you want!”
At that moment, Ms. Leah – who had been looking for Marcus – wanted to tell him to leave the party immediately. She was scared Fredrick would come back for him and that her stupid daughter might
intervene.
“Hey, you… look, you have to leave this place right now, as soon as possible!”
“Ma… why should I have to leave? If you’re scared of Fredrick, I can assure you I’ll take care of him. There’s nothing to be scared about!”.
Ms. Leah scoffed, looking at him with disdain. “Just listen to how he’s talking for someone who shouldn’t even be here in the first place.”
Jessica, hearing this, quickly chimed in, “He shouldn’t be here at all?”.
Ms. Leah turned to face Jessica. Thanks to her earlier research, she immediately recognized her as Marcus’s ex-wife. She understood that the woman definitely hated him too. “Yes, he sneaked in before we entered. The guards outside clearly stopped him from entering, yet within a moment he sneaked his
way in.”
Julia, who had spotted them from afar, immediately rushed over. “Mom, what are you on about now? why won’t you just leave him alone!”.
“Well, he sneaked in,” Ms. Leah insisted. “It’s only proper for him to leave. He doesn’t have anywhere
near 30 million dollars in assets.”
Jessica scoffed at how Julia’s mom was openly mocking him. She turned to Marcus. “So you left me just to be with her and get yourself mocked?”
Ms. Leah added sharply, “Look, if you want him back, you can have him. I don’t want this lowlife anywhere near my daughter.”
“Mom!” Julia shouted.
Marcus scoffed. he dipped his hand in his pocket, “Well, you too can say whatever you want. I’m not leaving this place.”
Jessica scoffed again. “Don’t you have the requirement?”

Marcus faced them calmly. “Last time I checked, you also don’t have that much in assets.”
Julia added, “In fact, none of us here have that, so we shouldn’t even be here.”
Because each of them use some dubious way to enter.
Ms. Leah and Jessica gulped. Then Ms. Leah quickly chimed in, “At least I have pass clearance.”
Jessica joined her, “Yes, same as me. We entered properly – we didn’t sneak in. Do you have any pass
