Cassidy leaned casually against the car door, looking utterly speechless as her young boyfriend effortlessly pinned the charging Parker with one hand. Blake then turned to her, wearing an innocent expression that practically screamed 'Did I do something wrong?', and asked, "Cass, what should I do with him?"

"Just ignore him," Cassidy waved her hand dismissively. She climbed into the other side of the backseat and leaned over to double-check the straps on Leora's car seat, looking as though she genuinely had zero interest in whatever was happening outside.

Seeing this, her young boyfriend casually tossed Parker onto the ground, swiftly slid into the driver's seat, slammed the door, shifted gears, and stepped on the gas.

Parker stumbled from the shove. Regaining his balance, he lunged forward, clawing desperately at the car door.
