Pushing open the ornate wrought-iron gates revealed a lush, thousand-square-foot front courtyard, where three dark brown wicker lounge chairs were fanned out beneath a creamy patio umbrella.

Continuing forward through an archway woven with climbing roses, three distinctly designed swings sat proudly in the middle of the lawn.
