The Mind-Reading Mate Why Is the Lycan King So Obsessed With Me novel Chapter 218

Chapter 218: My Husband Always Knows How to Please Me [M]

Edmund leaned in and softly brushed his thumb across her lips. "I’m sorry," he whispered. "For letting him touch you like that."

[I should’ve come for her sooner,] he thought, filled with regret. [She must’ve been so scared ... and thinking something awful was going to happen to her.]

"It’s alright," Primrose replied with a faint smile. "It already happened. That’s why ... I want to erase every trace he left on me." free𝑤ebnovel.com

Edmund didn’t say anything else in response because he was already kissing her lips. He did it so gently, like he was kissing something fragile, like soft cotton.

He kissed every part of her mouth—the corners, the top, the bottom—and when Primrose parted her lips slightly, he slipped his tongue inside, doing everything he could to wipe away the memory of Thevan from her mouth.

Primrose’s breathing grew shallow, her chest rising and falling quickly as if Edmund’s kiss had stolen the air from her lungs.

She felt lightheaded, like she was floating, like he was carrying her into the sky, away from everything that hurt. Her thoughts melted away, leaving only the warmth of him and the soft burn of his love.

He kept kissing her over and over again, pouring all his love into her, as if trying to cleanse every last bit of that filth from her heart.

"Where else ... did he touch you?" Edmund asked in a low, careful voice once he broke the kiss. His blue eyes gazed into her glistening golden ones.

Between her trembling breaths, Primrose answered, "My neck ... he touched my neck."

Edmund gently tilted her head to the side and began kissing her neck slowly and lovingly.

Every inch of her skin received a kiss, and in between, he left faint red marks, not too harsh, but soft enough to claim her as his, to remind her she belonged to someone who truly cared for her.

Primrose moaned softly, her legs rubbing together on instinct. She could already feel a warm wetness growing between her thighs, making faint, sticky sounds every time her skin brushed.

"M-My hands," Primrose added, lifting both of them toward him. "He grabbed them ... and held my wrists down."

Edmund took her hands in his and kissed both palms over and over. He kissed every one of her fingers, one by one, until Primrose could hear the pounding of her own heart echoing in her chest.

The way he kissed her palms, her wrists, even the backs of her hands, it was so gentle, so pure, that her head began to spin.

"For now ... just remember I’m the only man who gets to hold your hands like this." Edmund slid his fingers between hers, squeezing them tightly, rubbing his thumbs along the back of her hands.

He brushed his thumbs along the backs of her hands, then lifted them to his lips again, kissing them one by one without breaking eye contact. "No man has the right to touch you like this," he whispered.

Primrose swallowed hard, then asked in a soft voice, "But ... what if someone grabs my hand, even when I try to pull away? Would you be mad at me?"

"You?" Edmund gave her a look that was both fierce and full of love. "Why would I ever be mad at you?"

"If anything," he said gently, "I’d be furious at him."

[If any man dares to touch my wife without permission ... I’d cut off his hands myself.]
